I have used Lotus a few times for annual deep cleaning of my small North Oakland home. The cleaners do a great job and the office is responsive to inquiries. The last cleaning was so good I have started having them come monthly. Thank you Lotus Cleaning Services!

The Lotus teams do a terrific job. I have them in every 2 weeks and they show up on time and the house is cleaned thoroughly in the expected timeframe. They are professional and friendly. The office staff is great too, whenever I've had a question or want to make a change they are on it. Overall they are well worth the price, and it feels like a good value as well.

I have used Lotus twice, the first time I had a positive experience as they did a good job and the price was very fair. However, this most recent time I was very disappointed that the cleaners broke a valuable item of mine and I didn't realize until a couple days later. When I reported it they told me that it was already broken that's why I wasn't notified. I told them there was no way it could have been broken before and they offered no refund or credit just that they will work on having their teams be better at reporting broken items.

I have moved a few times to different apartments in Oakland, and each time, I return to Lotus Cleaning to provide housecleaning services. The team is very professional and easy to work with. The services are done well. The team is responsive to emails and has flexibility to work with your schedule and needs.

We've moved to a single-family home (3/2) and recently used Lotus for a deep clean. Very pleased with their services - very thorough cleaning including windows, kitchen tops and bottoms, base boards, cobwebs, and so much more. What I've always loved about Lotus is the safety/green/scent-free characteristics of their cleaning supplies. We did not have to air out our home after they came to clean.

What I also love are the little touches - we have a closet with a bunch of shoes that are just thrown all over - we didn't match them and got lazy about it. Lotus came through and cleaned up the floor in there AND found and matched all of our shoes and put them back in the shoe rack.

We used Lotus years ago or our smaller apartments - definitely still recommend Lotus for green, scent-free, top notch cleaning services for small to large home spaces!

Lotus Cleaning did a great and thorough job for the move-out cleaning session I scheduled. Would recommend them for anyone looking to move into or out of an apartment.

I scheduled a move-out cleaning with Lotus and they were able to get me an appointment on pretty short notice. The two-person crew that came did an excellent job and were very thorough. I'll definitely be using Lotus again next time my apartment or house needs a good cleaning.

We just had our first deep cleaning with Lotus Cleaning and the experience start to finish was amazing! Very professional and prompt correspondence setting up the cleaning appt., cleaners arrived on time and were fabulous to work with. Our house hasn’t been this clean in years. Lotus Cleaning has cleaned my home and office for years now. They are reliable, professional and reasonably priced. Also fully licensed which is difficult to find Oakland. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

I contacted Lotus Cleaning Services to schedule a deep clean, the first time I've hired a house cleaner. They were able to schedule it very quickly, were responsive to my emails, and the team showed up right at the beginning of the arrival window. Two people did a very thorough job cleaning my house. They scrubbed things I never would have thought to scrub! I think it looks cleaner than when I moved in. Best adult decision I've made in a while.

The ladies did an excellent job cleaning our home. My husband and I have three animals who often make our house feel more like a zoo. But the Lotus cleaners were very pet friendly, introducing themselves to our fur babies before getting to work.

When I returned home after the job was done I was astounded. Everything was dusted, polished, squeaky clean and smelled great! Our couches were vacuumed, trash taken out, windows cleaned, stove top and sinks left sparking, and our floors were GLEAMING! They truly did it all.

Lotus Cleaning Services - is a professional thorough cleaning company in the East Bat Area. They come on-time (and notify if could come in earlier), they detailed oriented and fast. I love Oseidi and her helper. I can't rave enough about there attention to details and their service with a smile.
