I had a move out cleaning from Lotus Cleaning Services and the two ladies that came were great and did a wonderful job. I would recommend their services.

Getting our house cleaned by Lotus was the best gift I've ever given myself! They did such a thorough job and scrubbed every nook and cranny and left the whole house sparkling clean, without any icky chemical smells. Highly recommend!

Absolute miracle workers! For context, I have a very maximalist, 100 year old Victorian with hundreds of books, art, delicate trinkets, plants, antiques, etc...and I've been injured with little mobility. So I had not cleaned the house for some time, and dust, cobwebs, and general disarray had accumulated. Adriana and Laura took on this challenge with grace and kindness! In just two hours, they completely transformed the space. They got into every haunted corner of my house, gently handled all my trinkets and decor, and went above and beyond to clean spots that I had never thought to clean. They got inside trash cans, every spot on the floor, behind my parrot's cage, around all my plants and books, every window and ledge, and all my surfaces (of which there are many), cleaned my kitchen appliances, and even pulled out the couches and other furniture to get underneath and the full perimeter of floor boards. I swear after they were done, the air felt different! AND, as someone who is very sensitive to chemical scents, I really appreciated that they used non scented, non toxic, bio-friendly products that didn't aggravate my allergies at all. My husband was even so impressed he suggested that we hire them a couple times a year to reset this ancient, dust magnet of a house! Seriously so impressed and I'l be using Lotus Cleaning again in a few months! Thanks yall!

They do great work in bathrooms and kitchens. But DON’T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR BEDROOM OR YOUR CLOSET. I was just away for five minutes and when I come back I saw them throwing dirty rugs on my bed and on my drying rack with just washed clothes on it. Further, even though I clearly said no, they still tried to mess with my bed WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS. And they wanted to charge extra time for it.

Booked services for the first time in a new apartment and had very disappointing experience:
1. Cleaners were rude and walked away from me while I attempted to show items to not touch, as a result my husband’s ridiculously fancy coffee scale was waterlogged
2. They attempted to charge me more based on specific requests to clean the oven, drawers and shelves. I did not make this request. To their credit, they removed the extra charge.
3. After watching the cleaner mess with the oven door, about an hour after the services I opened my oven and one of the hinges had been unlatched, so the oven door tumbled off and the glass shattered. The cleaner stated that they did not do this, so this company refuses to take any responsibility for the damage. There is literally no other way this could have happened.

So yeah, would not recommend.

We have had lotus cleaning service on 3 different occasions, and all 3 times he did amazing. Even gotten a 3 year old paint stain almost completely out of my carpet. I highly recommend him to anyone who just needs a good deep cleaning.

Lotus Cleaning did a great job cleaning my apartment! Scheduling the cleaning was super easy and quick and the cleaners really paid attention to detail! Definitely recommend!

I contacted Lotus Cleaning Services and they immediately followed up to schedule my first appointment. I really appreciate their prompt attention, and I was very happy that they could schedule my first cleaning within days. The cleaners were prompt and pleasant and gave my house the attention it desperately needed. My only regret is that the house won't stay as clean and tidy as they left it! I contacted Lotus Cleaning for a deep clean, and I received a price estimate within a day. The cleaning team was very professional, and they brought their own equipment. I was impressed! If I ever need deep cleaning services again, I'll definitely contact Lotus Cleaning.

One small thing: If you don't wear shoes indoors, let the cleaners know in advance so they can bring shoe covers.

I used Lotus cleaning 1st time today. I had an EXCELLENT experience. I originally reached out for an online quote. I was undecided when Rebecca from Lotus called to follow up on my quote, perfect timing, I was trying to clean an eviction move out on my own - the place was so disgusting! Grease, grime, dirt, soap-scum, etc.

Lotus sent a team of cleaners, Alberto and a super sweet gal whom I don’t know how to spell her name, sorry. Anyway they did an amazing job! My place is so clean. I’m so happy! I highly recommend.

I paid for deep cleaning. They did not clean inside any of my cabinets at all. They did not make my bed. They did not wipe down the walls or doors.. I was pleased with my oven, And the rest of my kitchen.

Unfortunately, my new place never received a proper cleaning and due to the pandemic had been vacant for a few months. Sandra and Gladis arrived exactly on-time and got straight to business. I pointed out the areas of most concern to me and they focused on these areas and got them to 100% while also performing a great over all deep clean. Specifically, the stove had been majorly neglected. Gladis focused on the stove and got it back up to tip top shape. Thank you, Sandra and Gladis!

So impressed by how thorough the cleaning team was! They cleaned our apartment for move out and they were fantastic. Very happy to support a company that has full time employees instead of contractors.

We've not tried the Standard Clean yet, but the Deep Clean was AMAZING! The 2 ladies, W & B, were thorough. I highly recommend Berry Clean for Deep Cleaning.

The clean was very well done and the crew was extremely professional. I'm giving 3 starts though because Berry Clean wouldn't clean the blinds, so I had to go back and clean the blinds myself after spending a lot of money on a deep clean.
