Shady carpet cleaners (particularly the Big, heavily advertised ones) abound, but this company came to my rescue: good at communicating, and found me a last minute opening. I wouldn't hesitate to use this top-notch company again. [very infrequent review poster]

I have used Sparkling a few times in the past several years to clean our carpets in the small "2nd home" condo we maintain in downtown. Oakland.
This last time they came with a "new/improved" machine that not only did a perfect job, it seemed much faster. And - Their pricing beats the guys who advertise a lot. Besides, those guys don't want to bother w. small jobs. They have a 3 or 4 room minimum.

Yes, your crew did a great job. I was ready to rip out the downstairs carpet but they brought it back to life. The last time I had our carpet cleaned a lot of the stains came back after a few weeks. I'm hoping that doesn't happen again this time. We used a different carpet cleaning company previously. We will be sure to use your company for our carpet cleaning needs moving forward.

Sparkling Carpets was recommended by my son who used them to clean an older Karastan carpet. They gave him a rug education (Differnt types, different ways to clean, value of the rug) that he told me about. Then my 14 year old dog came down with loose bowels that soaked into a Tibetan silk carpet. I called Sparkling and they picked up my carpet, Told me they thought they could clean the mess , and told me how long it would take. Raoul moved all the furniture when he took the rug and replaced it all when he brought it back. The price was 25% less than a comparable company. My rug looks brand new and all the poop and spills were eliminated. I would hire them again and you should use them. Sparkling is highly recommended.

They did a professional job better than any experience I had to date. The total job was for a house, and the rate was estimated prior to them coming, all on the phone , based on the square footage and condition of the carpets and cleaning required. They accommodated when I requested for Sunday. No need to hustle with people (3 were present for the work) after they arrived and they spent 4.5 hours to do it . Regularly they asked if they are doing a good job and they were open to suggestions. I Recommend them.

Ken and Raul did another great job cleaning my carpet for my rental. It needed a good cleaning because the tenants had a dog. Looked and smelled great after Raul worked his magic. These guys know what they are doing, do a great job and are extremely professional. I use them for all my carpet needs.

These guys are great. They were a little more expensive than other services I had researched, but they did a couple of things that impressed me: they sent 2 people to clean instead of 1, which all other companies offered; and they spent almost 4 hours cleaning the carpets in 3 bedrooms and and 1 sofa. So, dollar-to-dollar, this was a far better deal. I was resigned to the fact that I would just have to get new carpets, because I have had them steam cleaned several times before, but I am glad I called Sparkling Carpets. My carpets now have a lot of life left in them!

I had several stains on a wool carpet that needed cleaning. Sparkling Carpets was extremely fast and I was able to communicate by texting with the owner. They also were able to do on site cleaning and within a day of when I reached out, avoiding my having to roll up and leave the rug and leave it with them, which most other companies appear to require. And, they charged half of what I was quoted by other cleaners.

All in all a great service from a company I would highly recommend.

Sparkling Carpets did a great job cleaning our extremely dirty carpets for our office. Ken provided a very reasonable estimate and even though the job took about 3 hours extra (since the carpets were so dirty), the total was still the same as the estimate they had given us beforehand.

I highly recommend this company and we will be using them for our future carpet cleaning needs for our office!

Sparkling Carpets did a great job cleaning our living room furniture and rugs, which needed a lot of help thanks to two dogs. The technician arrived right on time and was friendly and thorough.

Very responsive to my needs. Had a pet soilled hemp rug and they took the time to treat it with care, not only to remove the strain and smell but to minimize shrinkage (a problem with hemp) and maintain the original look of the rug. Great pricing as well compared to competition - half the price of the other estimates received including pickup and drop-off.

They did a great job cleaning my couches and rugs that once were white prekids… then with chocolate milk stains turned dark. They cleaned everything so it was clean again once more. It felt so good to have clean couches and rugs again. I’ll definitely call Raul again with sparkling carpets again

I hired Sparkling Carpets to clean our carpets after moving out. Three bedrooms and a bonus room. Very kind owner who scheduled the day I needed and the person who came to clean was on time, and professional. He did an excellent job! Carpets look great. Price was vey reasonable! I would highly recommend!
