I’ve had three major moves across the country, and by far, my experience with Junk Relief Squad was the best moving experience I’ve ever had! Their service was truly exceptional. The two-man crew was professional, kind, and extremely attentive to my furniture. They wrapped everything in plastic and padded coverings, ensuring nothing was damaged.

They moved quickly and efficiently, securing and dropping off my three Haul boxes with care. There was no damage to any of my items or my walls—and they were reasonably priced too! I only wish I had found them for my earlier moves.

Junk Relief and their crew go above and beyond to make sure they handle your needs. Mercy, the owner is very thorough in communication with urgency through texting and calling. I had to move twice in 2 days and these poor souls were some of the best I've worked with in over 30 years of moving quite a bit. Mercy even went above and beyond to bring wrapping material ($$ added on) when I was in a hurry and couldn't go out to grab it. The turnaround on each move was intense, stressful and his company made it more manageable. I HIGHLY suggest using them. Don't think twice. It's a startup company and that's when you know, they truly care about customer service.

These guys were great! Packed my pods like a Swedish architect. Every sq inch used effectively. They also had to go up and down a long driveway with zero complaints. Very professional and courteous at all times. Totally hire these guys!

Mercy and his associate were amazing! I hired moving help through uhaul and the original people cancelled last minute. I had to call uhaul and tell them I needed help that same day. After confirming the order I contacted Mercy who gave me very clear information about when they would be able to come and provided constant updates. They loaded up my pods in about 90 minutes and were extremely friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend Junk Relief Squad. They saved my cross country move.
