First American Homeowners Warranty assigned Rando AAA HVAC company to repair the control problem I had with our HVAC system. Aaron came today from Rando AAA and replaced the circuit board, checked the wiring between our Nest thermostat and the cooling and heating systems and showed us that the problem was fixed. We are pleased with Aaron’s work quality.

First American Home Warranty dispatched RANDO to our home for a furnace issue. The tech, Todd, was absolutely incredible, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and explained furnace care. We ended up buying a yearly package for RANDO AAA HVAC to come out and clean our heating and cooling systems.

"I was so excited for this day! My AC went out during the heat wave three weeks ago. I knew it would be a long wait to get some out after a heat wave and I was very patient about it. I thanked the two gentlemen that showed up over and over and over and they said thank you so much. He told me they don’t hear thank you a lot. We get irritated customers because it’s taking too long to get out or for whatever reason. I was very sad to hear that! Thanks again! I’m not sure why people expect to be first in line when a company gets 3000 calls in one day after a heat wave but apparently there are some people out there that do! I appreciate you guys so much! They called the next morning with an appt that same day, they showed up on time, they fixed my AC problem in 10 mins, no upsell, no BS, friendly, professional, perfect service!! Thank you! Great service! I was having concerns about my older furnace not working properly. The technician was on time, performed a thorough furnace check of my concerns, he explained why my mobile home furnace operated as it did in terms of noticing a difference of heat on one side versus the other side, he went under the home to check for no leaks or damage in the venting ducts etc. He changed my filters, respected my floors by putting shoe covers on, wore a mask AND was very cordial and polite. It doesn't get better than that with a service person. And the price was very fair. I will shop with them in the future when my furnace gets beyond it's serviceable years. Which could be not too far out.

Originally we were told it would be a week before getting service. Then they called back an hour later saying they can send someone same day. Chris the technician came out and new instantly what the problem was and fixed it. Great tech!!".

I'm very pleased with the service I received. They went above and beyond. Of course on one of the hottest days of the year, my AC decides to break down. It was the evening so I left a message and received a call the very next morning which was a Wednesday. Apparently everyone's AC failed also since the soonest appointment available was Monday. OMG my husband has CHF and the heat was already taking a toll on him. I explained to the gal who answered the phone and she was amazing, she told me she would put me on a priority list should something come up. Well less than an hour later she called me. She had a technician at my home within 2 hours!! Amazing, and the tech was a nice guy, very professional, explained everything. He also told me they had over a 100 calls the day before but try their best to take care of those with medical issues ASAP. Nice people!!
