Chris did a great job of educating me about the system and was very willing to answer all questions that I had. He spotted the problem quickly with my 50yr old unit. It was a small fix but an important one to save me a lot of money.

Aaron was experienced, courteous, and professional. I read on line some very poor reviews and expected the worse. The appointment was made in 2 days and everything worked like clockwork. No upselling ! No complaining that the furnace was old. I have renewed enthusiasm for First American. It took 1 month for FA to open my account even though I proved the check for $666 had been cashed by them. I have been with FA for 6 years.

Excellent furnace tune-up and cleaning by Alex from RANDO AAA Furnace! He repaired a duct leak and air leak also. He completed this work on 2 furnaces in my home. He showed up on-time and efficiently completed these tasks. Alex was very professional and courteous. I’ll have him do this work again next year!

The service has been exceptional from start to finish. They explained pricing, the difference in the units, scheduling installation & answered all questions. The technicians that installed the heating unit was professional & kind. They explained the process & patiently answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves & moved my furniture back. I have been extremely happy with Rando servicing both my two furnaces and air conditioners. Every time they have come out they notify me ahead of time when their technician is on their way. Their technician Alex is great! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!

Service technician arrived promptly as scheduled. I was received an email showing me exactly how long before he arrived so I could meet him at my home. Alex was very friendly and was able to locate and fix my heating issue quickly. I highly recommend this company.

They were terrific! In a time when everyone is trying to get an AC company out, they responded quickly and were here in time. Chis was the rep who came out and he was great, he explained things, fixed what was needed and checked that everything was working fine. Anthony is a great person and really knows how the A/C and Heater system works. Ontime and ready to work. Honest person and trustworthy, will ask for him again. Found the problem and fixed it on the thermostat. Great price and will setup a contract for future services.

My AC was not working properly. Alex went straight to the point of issue per my explanation. Resolved the issue and gave me thirty days to ensure the issue does not exist anymore. So far so good with no issue. I liked his confidence.

He took the extra steps to ensure that the furnace was in working condition after the inducer was replaced and took the time to answer the questions I had. I also am really happy that it was able to be fixed on the same day, especially since it has been dropping down in the high 20s the last couple of days!

Last winter, we needed the seasonal tune-up completed at my house. The results exceeded my expectations. The crew was prompt, tidy, and very knowledgeable.

Booked these guys and they were able to come over the day of, but they couldn’t even replace my filter. And when I asked them for a picture of what was wrong with it, they never sent it to me.

This isn't an actual heating company. They forward to a random local company and keep no records on who they referred you to. The good reviews are fake. This should not be allowed. The person they referred me to didn't show up and they blocked my number when I called twice confused.
