Don't bother. They don't respect your time. I scheduled a meeting with them a few weeks out. They called and left me a message asking if they could come out sooner. I was in meetings all day so I didn't answer or respond. I made an appointment with them and left my work early to ensure that I was home at the agreed upon time. When I got home I waited for 15 minutes. After waiting I called. They decided to come out early and looked at the wrong trees, without me present. When I called to ask where the person was for my appointment, he asked if he could reschedule. I feel like that tidbit would have been important to leave on my voicemail so that I wasn't rushing to get home and leaving work early. Regardless, I am upset and believe that company's should either stick to their agreed upon time, or make every effort to reschedule if they are not going to be there PRIOR to the agreed upon time, not after.
I have over a100-year-old walnut tree in the backyard of my 124-year-old house. This crew did such a good job . There’s a lot of artistry in what they do.. It was very professional. They listened to my concerns and put me at ease .I was very worried about them chopping off too much . They did it perfectly. I am a very satisfied, customer.
I had hired Fine Tree Care to take care of decades of neglect several years ago. They turned my sad trees into healthy, beautiful trees over about two days. So when we bought the house next door for our daughter, and saw Mistletoe had invaded her oaks, threatening these beautiful trees and our all neighbors’ trees as well, we called Fine Tree Care again. Our neighborhood showed up in appreciation to watch the crew transform the Queen tree of the neighborhood, then all the trees in the whole yard, including the fruit trees. Over time, surrounding neighbors brought Fine Tree Care to their properties, spreading care & beauty instead of Mistletoe. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. BONUS! Those fruit trees have been bearing incredible crops of fruit ever since...from ONE pear to hundreds. Amazing transformation!
I have used Fine Tree Care for years. But in the big storms on 2/4/24 a huge cedar fell on my barn. Even with so much storm damage Fine Tree Care, came the same day I called to give me an estimate, then scheduled the work at my convenience. They finished yesterday, as usual, they do good work. Their equipment is top notch and the guys were great, good communicators and cleaned up my mess. Local, competent and easy to work with...
I'm just now getting around to writing this review, even though it's been some weeks since I got my tree work done. I've had tree work done with FTC in the past and was very pleased with their work. This time I'm working to get a 1,000 grant from Fire Safe West County by getting some more tree work done. The appointment we set up quickly and efficiently and when it came to the day the work was done, I was very satisfied. Louise was the lead tree guy and there were several other workers too, they climbed safely and efficiently, to get these small trees down. They went above and beyond to do what I wanted including dropping and leaving the trunks for me to use later, even though that took more precise logistics. There was a new guy on the crew and I was very impressed with how the patiently and diligently trained him, even when he made a mistake, they just used it to train him and not shame him. I always appreciate workers who include my enthusiastic grandson and take time to answer his many persistent questions. It takes something to be both good at taking down trees safely in a dense neighborhood but doing that while being friendly and inclusive is why I always recommend them. Fire safety is an ongoing project in Camp Meeker and I'm sure I'll be using them in the future, and you should too
