I received a notice in the mail for a mechanics lien on my home from this company and have never heard of them before. It’s frustrating and stressful to receive something like that and not be able to contact anyone from the company to understand why this was sent.

I don't know who these people are, but they sent me a certified mail notice insinuating they would place a lien on my home for payment.

We never entered into a contract and I've never corresponded with them before. If there is a payment dispute between a subcontractor or something like that, a threatening letter to me just reinforces that I won't take your side.

Point of contact is Laura Pavey, agent for OneSource, contracted by CRF Solutions.

I'm publicly writing this since it's obnoxious at best to receive a lien threat from a company you've never entered a contract with OR corresponded with in any way.

Haven't been here, but will be visiting family in Oceanside for holidays and might stop in to see if they're like my favorite store in San Leandro, CA
