It was a great experience overall, it was easy to get a booking online and for a good price, I was also offered a free cleaning of my fridge as a first time customer which turned out great.

After my poor review (after many un-returned phone calls), the company has initiated steps to resolve my issue. Although they accidentally ruined the carpet on one stair when they spilled bleach product and didn't immediately clean it sufficiently, they are trying to fix the problem, and they have done a good job when cleaning my house. I will continue to update my review as the situation unfolds.

This is hands down the best cleaning company in San Diego. They are reliable, fairly priced, and use non toxic cleaning equipment in your home. I highly recommend them.

Excellent work and attention to detail but could improve a bit on wood floors. I would hire them again.

I asked them to clean the walls and wood work including wood trim on baseboards, windows and doors. I explained I was getting ready to paint the interior of the house. They omitted the top of the baseboards. In retrospect, I guess they just do vanilla housecleaning because they didn't follow specific instructions... even though I paid a premium.

Adam and the team at Maid Brigade did an amazing job at our home. We are thrilled with their level of communication prior to the visit and the deep cleaning turned out great. The cleaning crew brought their own products and their attention to detail was great. Thanks for your help!

They did a great job cleaning my house after I moved out. The job was so good that my landlord did not charge me a single penny upon move out. I highly recommend, especially those living on Pendleton!

Wow—just WOW! 🤩 I’m always thrilled with my cleanings, but this time Gabrielle truly went above and beyond. We have a toddler (aka mess machine), so sometimes things get overlooked… but not by Gabrielle. She found every single hidden mess and cleaned like a magician with a mission!✨

The floors? So clean I could literally eat off them. The whole place feels brand new. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and you can feel the care she puts into everything she does. I genuinely didn't think it could get better—but here we are, blown away once again. 🙌

If I could give her 10 stars, I absolutely would. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Adam was professional and friendly on the phone. He accommodated my request and did a great job by sending his crew out. They were professional and polite and cleaned thoroughly. Highly recommend.

They promised an amazing clean and I was happy to pay for the full clean, but it was not what I asked for:
The chandeliers/ light fixtures, were not dusted. Though I insisted things get cleaned inside the drawers and cabinets thoroughly, they did not do what was expected. It was a shoddy job.
They were very expensive and it was so disappointing as I had been promised perfection but got meh.....

Our house was sparkling! Maid Brigade arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. I particularly liked their attention to detail like cleaning the top of the washer/dryer, window tracks, and ceiling fans… plus they didn’t let the cats out. I couldn’t be happier! 10 stars!!!

I’ve been using Maid Brigade since April 2024, and this review is long overdue! From the very beginning, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with their service. The cleaning team is always professional, punctual, and I love the 10-minute heads-up text they send before arriving. It’s such a thoughtful touch!

So far, so good! We had our first service with Maid Brigade and their work was outstanding. They are professional, timely, use their own products, and did a fantastic job. Their work is thorough and deep. For example, the bathtub in our teens' room had stains that I believed to be permanent and requiring of a tub replacement. After one cleaning with the Maid Brigade, the tub is like new. Keep up the good work, Maid Brigade.

EDIT: I spoke with the owner and I am appreciative of his desire to make sure there was 100% satisfaction. We discussed my concerns and addressed each one individually. I revised the rating based on this interaction.

Maid Brigade was brought in to do a deep cleaning to prepare for listing a house. Two days after the clean was completed, my realtor looked at the house and said "we need to get this house deep cleaned." Interior windows were not washed and in several places, the floor remained dirty.

The bathrooms look awesome. Scheduling was very easy and the owner was personable and efficient in getting the job set up.

We have had the service out twice and both times we were very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail. We had a deep cleaning after a kitchen remodel and the results were sparkling!
*Update March 2025, still love their service! We can feel it when they have added the sparkle back to everything. Thanks!

*Update August 2025, we paused in July due to a construction project and resumed this month. We still enjoy the service and a clean house. Would recommend Very much & we noticed our neighbors use the service too.

I’ve been trying to clean my house for months now, but honestly life happens, and it just wasn’t happening. Finally, I caved, did some research, and reached out to Maid Brigade—and I’m SO glad I did! I really appreciated the consultation call beforehand, where they asked all the right questions to make sure I was paired with a team that would meet my needs.
When the team arrived, they were on time and asked even more questions to ensure they knew exactly what I wanted. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure everything would be exactly how I preferred. Bonus points for texting me when they were done—such a thoughtful touch.
I highly recommend Maid Brigade if you want your place cleaned well, on time, and with care. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Fabulous cleaners nothing but five stars. The two ladies that came were very professional and efficient. No complaints at all. I will be using them again.

We signed up for biweekly cleaning and it was such a great decision! We are new parents and do our best to keep up with the house but it wouldn't be possible without the maid brigade team. Gabrielle in particular has helped us twice now and has gone above and beyond. We are so grateful for the help and it's such a relief not to have to worry so much about chores and have extra time to watch our little one grow. Thank you!
