All around great service. Expert cleaning and attention to detail, plus we love the absolutely lovely way they arrange things like couch pillows to create an inviting space. I also appreciate the text reminders letting us know when are on the way and when the service started and ends. I shopped around quite a bit for a reliable cleaning service and would heartily recommend Maid Brigade to family and friends.

Update: we have been using San Diego Maid Brigade for four months now and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Every single person who has entered our home has been incredibly thoughtful, kind and of course very thorough when cleaning. My dog now even gets excited when they get here, she loves them. I can’t say enough nice things about everyone we have interacted with, truly they are all wonderful!

The owner is great, probably the main reason I would recommend them! The cleaning team is always professional and do a good job. They are good with my pets too. You don’t always get the same team but they are all good. Some even do cute things like folder over your tp like in a nice hotel. Once there was a bow. You might have to ask them to do specific things as they are extra cautious if things are breakable ( like glass light covers ) etc.

My husband and I were absolutely thrilled when we came home! Dayanne and Cristal did a phenomenal job cleaning our home and took the extra steps to reorganize our home decor and dishes

We have been using maid brigade for the last 8 months and we think they’re wonderful! They come once/month for a good maintenance clean, they are always kind, professional and timely. They have also been so understanding for our crazy schedule this summer. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have a 4 bedroom, 2 story home. They are very professional and reliable. They schedule your cleaning well in advance and text arrival reminders and updates. Friendly cleaning teams and they do a great job. They charge by the hour for a two person team rather than by the visit so are more expensive than some others. But for us, the reliability is worth it. We’ve never had an issue with them.

Very reliable with friendly staff. They have a great communication platform. We get reminders and ETA on cleaning day. They also welcome feedback and adjust quickly if we have preferences. Their nontoxic cleaning products leave the house very fresh.

I truly couldn’t recommend this company enough. From the beginning, they have been extremely easy and friendly to work with. Initially, we did a deep clean service and from that we were satisfied enough to schedule routine cleanings weekly. Each person who has come has been professional, kind, and great at their job. I appreciate the texts that let me know their estimated time of arrival prior to cleaning and a message after knowing it is done. We have a dog who can be skeptical of strangers coming into the home and everyone who has come to clean is very patient and good with dogs. I am nine months pregnant and knowing that surfaces and hard to reach places are getting cleaned routinely puts my mind at ease. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Office is great to communicate with. Pricing roughly the same (slightly less) than competitors. I like that they bring their own eco-friendly products and the cleaners to a great/thorough job.

Overall good job cleaning, nice ladies though I didn’t realize they spoke limited English and this would have been helpful to know before we started since I could have given them directions in Spanish and avoided a misunderstanding about what I wanted done. Nice attention to details, husband thought they did a better job than our previous company. Would use again.

Gabrielle and Jayda did an incredible job. They were efficient and thorough. We had a very dusty house and they went through and cleaned it well. I heard Gabrielle confirming that certain spots were done. They made an excellent team and it showed in their work. They made sure to ask when their time was expected to go over.

They texted before they arrived with their eta. They arrived at just about exactly when they said. They were patient while I put the dog away. They also used my specific furniture oil on certain wood pieces. I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend them.

Due to work, travel, and life in general, I've been slacking on the cleaning, and our two-bed two-bath house was in need of a deep cleaning. I found Maid Brigade from online local reviews who praised not only the thorough job, but the use of non-toxic solutions. This was important to me as I have a dog and friends with little kids who would be crawling all over the place. Sure enough, two folks came over and within three hours, they had everything spotless. I was thinking they'd only clean (dust, vacuum, mop, wipe down) which would be plenty, but they also add wonderful sweet touches, like fancily folded toilet paper, tissue, and paper towels. We've already signed on for their monthly cleaning to help maintain our house.
