Jimmys crew were very professional and did a great job cleaning all our carpets. Their pricing was fair and they were careful not to damage walls or our flooring with their equipment. We’ve used them twice now and will again.

Silver Olas did a good job of cleaning our carpets. A couple of weeks later I had them come & steam clean our bathroom & laundry room floors. They came out great. The only problem I had was with scheduling appts.

We our a real estate brokerage that frequently calls on Silver Olas to clean carpets and floors at many of our rentals. They do an excellent job getting out tough stains on carpets. They also clean hard floors well. Silver Olas is easy to get a hold of, they have competitive pricing and book appts is a breeze. They also communicate well and are punctual. We highly recommend Silver Olas!

Jimmy did a great job cleaning our carpets and rug, very professional. He was punctual and very responsive from the get go of me inquiring on services offered. Carpets and area rug dried the same day. I highly recommend Silver Olas, we will for sure use their services again.

Jimmy and his crew did. A great job of cleaning the carpets in my master bedroom and closet as well as cleaning tile floors throughout the house. I had another company clean the carpets earlier this year and Silver Olas is so much better and more thorough. I’ve used them before and they will be the only one I will use in the future.

Replied to my estimate request very quickly, was able to set appt that worked for our schedule. I had to reschedule due to family injury, was no problem and he was so understanding about the delay. They arrived right on time, were there the amount of time they gave me, and the total for service was very close to the estimate given. Carpets are very clean and smell great! They were a little damp for a while but was able to put fans around and dried somewhat quickly.

Silver Olas did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I had many stains left by 2 dogs and a cat. They got rid of all of them! I have used them for a long time on my floor (Mexican pavers)on which they do a great job. Will now continue to have them do my floors and carpet! Very nice family business.

It has been on my To Do list forever to write this review for Silver Olas — I wanted to make sure to sing their praises! Jimmy and David were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job cleaning the tile floors in the home we are renting. We had them cleaned when we first moved in and the result was awesome. I had also asked them to clean the grout of our white tile countertops and Jimmy advised that they wouldn’t look much different once cleaned, so he saved us from spending the extra money. I would 100% recommend their services!

We are pleased with the results! From the jump, Jimmy was responsive and easy to communicate with. He worked with my schedule, was prompt on the day of the service, and did an excellent job. Our floors look great! We will absolutely call Silver Olas for any future steam cleaning needs.

I’ve used Silver Olas last year and then again last week. I’m always pleased with the work they do. Their cleaners are friendly and knowledgeable and they get the job done. I have waited way too long to clean my tile (and it’s through my whole 3400 sq ft house). They fit us in quickly and showed up on time. The staff was very respectful of furnishings and they did a spectacular job!!! My floor, including the grout, looks like new so much so that I don’t even want to walk on it!!! They even did the showers that look awesome! I like that they are family owned. Don’t hesitate. Book it now!

Not only did Jimmy deliver outstanding customer service but he made a huge difference to the whole house with how much hard work he put into getting it cleaned and looking incredible! My office rugs needed a cleaning, I went online and checked a few company’s reviews! Olas Silver stood out. Contacted them through there online , was called by their Rep and made an appointment! Day of appointment they called for confirmation and again when they completed job early and offered to move up time for my job. Arrived and did a fantastic job! Great work for s good price and excellent communication! I highly recommend them for your carpet needs!

We had a living room rug that had seen better days and we weren’t sure about whether cleaning the rug was a good option or just buying a new rug altogether. So glad we tried this company.

Jimmy Olas, the owner, was great at communicating when he’d be arriving, which was really appreciated as his previous appt went long…which happens for so many different reasons when assessing a clients request and then doing best by the client.

Our living room carpet had honestly been thru the wringer with heavy foot traffic and pet stains from an older dog but having the rug professionally cleaned was a great call as the colors in the rug popped again and it looks great right before the holidays.

Jimmy also cleaned two other items for us. We got such great service and a job well done, above and beyond.

Our travertine floors look amazing! Wish we had found Silver Olas earlier. Jimmy and his crew worked more than 10 hours on our floors, and they look brand new! We had estimates from other floor cleaning companies and Silver Olas was by far the most reasonable. Jimmy is responsive to texts, emails, and calls. You won't be disappointed.

I had this company come by and do some carpet cleaning and he did a superb job!! He was very responsive and professional, and most importantly, the carpet looked dramatically better. I had a carpet cleaning done a couple of years ago and the before and after was not nearly as dramatic as with Silver Olas. Highly recommend!
