Let me start off by saying the whole experience was a bit uncomfortable, and odd. Me and my wife ordered a carpet cleaning service on Wednesday for $75 for the work to be done Sunday at 10am. We called to get an update at around 9am sunday and they couldn't even give us an update. Later around 3 the gentleman showed up unannounced and his demeanor was a bit weird and off. He told us it was gonna be $200 after looking at the room and it's a room thats 12' x 12' with two beds in it that couldn't be moved. He came inside and asked if he could leave his pizza in our fridge we said that was fine. He was done within 10-15 min and left the whole carpet soaking wet and he left. Our fault for not inspecting or noticing but we were in a rush all day. We called him back after noticing it was too wet and he said it was on us to clean it up and dry it with our own towels. We live in oceanside, so if your in oceanside please stay far away from this company so you don't have to deal with the headache of having to do the work he should've provided for your hard earned money.

Upon his arrival, Cesar informed me that the online quote I had received was incorrect and the actual cost was nearly double. To add to my frustration, a door in my home was damaged during the cleaning, and he had the nerve to note on the invoice that the door was already damaged before the cleaning service. Also, the carpets that were cleaned were hard and crunchy just a few hours after the service.
