I had a property that needed to go on MLS asap. The quote was $165 for a two bedroom 900 square ft. condo. They showed up and said the condo is oversized with a large living room and hall way. There is no hallway. Oversized? 900 square ft 2 bedroom. How can that get any smaller. I was than charged 279.00. Totally rip off and scam. The job was completed in less than 30 minutes. There was dirt all over the tile floor and kitchen. Total rip off and bait and switch.

I love these guys!! Eric did a great job! I thought my carpet needed to be replaced, we have 3 dogs and it was a disaster, but it looks brand new! Thank you for saving me a ton of money having to replace my carpets

Great service. The carpets look like new! They have a machine that doesn't use the huge hoses, so they can clean in high-rise buildings. David was punctual and attentive to details.

Had an appointment scheduled between 11 and 1 and its 2.16 pm and still not here, we moved the second floor to the first floor just to be let down, AWESOME!!!!!!! we even called after 1 pm and they said I would get a call back, NEVER DID, I called again at 2 and was told the same thing. DONE I called another carpet cleaning service KNOCKOUT CARPET CLEANING and the guy was very helpful and hooked us up with coming tomorrow Monday just because we had already moved everything. The technician, Ludo, was very nice and had good manners. He patiently explained the process since I had concerns with some bad experiences before. The carpets came out nice and clean and mostly dry, which was important to me.

Ludo came out yesterday to clean our carpets. We are moving out and there we stains and they all came out! He did an amazing job and it was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!

I made the appointment on short notice and was glad to have them fill it so quickly. Ludo (the serviceman) was right on time, greeted me quite nicely, and proceeded to prep the work. As I am an information junkie, I asked him several questions and he was incredibly forthcoming about every aspect of the process, how carpet ages, what could and could not be done and why or why not. This to me is the big difference in service providers, and he was extremely helpful.

The end result was a very clean carpet and a great experience. I will use them again and would recommend Monster Steamer to anyone and everyone I know.

The job done on my 2 bedroom condo with living room was excellent with professional courtesy, top-quality vacuum system, and an eye for detail. Ludo charged a fair price for the job and did a thorough cleaning of all the carpeted area in my place returning it to new with minimal dry time since it was already 95% dried before he left.

I just got this done this morning, and I feel like I got my money's worth and then some. The difference in my carpet is night and day. We have a dog and a cat and a toddler, so I badly needed some maintenance cleaning done. I was expecting it to just look generally better, but he even got out stains I didn't bother to point out because I assumed they were permanent, having lived through a previous carpet cleaning. My service person, Erique, was incredibly professional and helpful, and let me know about some additional services I hadn't thought about for our hard floors that I'll definitely be looking into. I will absolutely use this company again.

I have had some rough experiences with other carpet cleaning companies but I am so happy that I called Monster Steamer. It is not only a family owned business but the service was great and the carpet cleaning was just perfect. Ludo arrived on time prepared and left the carpet in my condo feeling clean and it didn't take long to dry. The last company I used left my carpet so wet that it took days for it to dry and it didn't really feel clean. Ludo was also very knowledgeable about carpet and gave me some tips as well. I have used all the large chains which are mostly mediocre and am very happy to have found these guys. Don't even call anyone else. Very fair pricing (no ridiculous minimums if you have a smaller space) and you will be happy with the results!

Responsive, speedy, and on-time. Booking process was easy and prices are reasonable. Very nice techs; they worked hard on a hot day. My carpets look great, and they even gave me tips on stain removal.
I'd recommend declining the deodorizer, as it's a bit overpowering.

They are great about sending reminder of appointment times. They arrived on a timely basis and worked really hard to get our carpets clean. The stairs looked brand new and they worked to get the dark stains from where the wall meets the carpet (the really hard to reach areas). Overall, really happy with their service. The carpet does stay wet for at least a good day or so, but well worth it.
