I wish I knew or was warned. I was charged triple for an item that needed to be replaced (I had to ask multiple times for the receipt). I also found out from my new pool guy that the PH is extremely high. Which means that I will need to drain the pool some to bring it to a normal level to prevent damage to the wall. The owner is not an honest
person, and obviously didn't maintain my pool as I thought.

Good price and at first it was good service, but with lack of staffing. Started noticing that the assigned pool guy wouldn't show up weekly as agreed. Last December, I was on vacation and guy didn't show up, but I was invoiced. When I notified them that no one showed up and the pool was getting greenish; the Owner said that they have a lack of staff and won't be able to service my pool anymore.

A heads up would have been nice, rather than leaving my pool without the necessary service and already getting green.

The Maintenance Team is very punctual and they do a great through cleaning of the facility. Gerry also does a great job of coordinating quarterly services and urgent needs.
