We recently changed janitorial services and started with City Wide, we noticed immediately how much cleaner our facility is. Our only regret is that we didn't start sooner. Angie from sales and our facility manager Shahany are amazing!

I have had issues with cleanliness consistency in the past but hiring City Wide has solved that problem for me. They have not only solved my janitorial issues but they can handle quotes and project management for many other facility related issues!

Very well organized and high quality service janitorial. We hired them to clean our church weekly and they have not disappointed. Any concerns or requests are handled immediately. I appreciate the frequent check-ins to make sure we are satisfied--not to often to be annoying and not to infrequent to show they don't care. Got a door flyer for window cleaning - the previous owner did something where there was a film over the window that I couldn’t get off regardless of how much elbow grease I put in it. Glamscape came the next day and took care of all 23 windows and window screens ( yeah … we have a lot windows ) in less than 2 hours and now I can actually see through the windows without it looking frosted haha. Thanks for the awesome service and reasonable prices !

Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and Sean came on time and was ready to go with new and clean equipment. Sean was able to give a summary of what the cleaning process would entail and was able to provide a lot of insight into the conditions of our windows. The process was smooth without a need for us to babysit. We could see that he was very meticulous while cleaning and showed genuine care in making sure the job was done well. Will definitely recommend Glamscape to anyone out there for window cleaning. Quick, easy, professional.

Very professional and affordable..worked really hard to get some stains out. I will use them again. JC was awesome!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! They left my carpet FULL of very visible stains! Called them back to have them to they job again, have proof of return date for today at 8AM and they put is down for tomorrow. We had to close our business half a day and missed out on ALOT of money and again today. We wanted our money back but they don't do refunds! EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED!!!

Not satisfied with carpet cleaning & not recommended.

Of course when the carpet cleaner shows up the quote is more than originally quoted over the phone. The whole cleaning process seemed rushed, I didn’t feel the time was taken for a through nice cleaning. Once the carpet dried, there are large spots through out the floor that appear to cleaner than the rest of the carpet, also, there wasn’t a nice uniform cleaning of the carpet, a lot of the carpet now looks splotchy and uneven.

Do not use these people. Besides trying to double the quoted price, they did a poor job. Tech was very aggressive and argumentative. He verbally assaulted me in saying that I was cheap and I never worked as hard as him. He had his helper already vacuuming while he was changing the price. I told him to have his guy stop twice and he would not do it.
I would file a complaint with the BBB and Yelp but I can't find their website.

Very unprofessional! The technician that was sent to my parents was trying to charge them a lot more than what they were quoted. He also insulted my elderly parents and called them ignorant because " he claimed the service had to be paid upfront".p My parents didn't feel comfortable with this person at all.

Called company to schedule a quote, for a 3 piece sectional, they where able to send someone out the next day for service. Guys who came out where faced paced but very job oriented. Company vehicle has water and electricity, so they do not need to hook up to your house for any reason. The whole process took about an hour, the end result was Beyond Satisfactory. I bought the couches used and they had animal odor from the previous owners. Takes about 24 hours to completely dry. I could not smell anything from before, after the animal odor treatment. Couches look and smell like new. Highly Recommend.
