Had a horrible experience. Still no heat . Jacob, the owner, would not return my calls. Wish he could have spent this past week with me. But he was deer hunting when the technician called him for help. He told him he had got a deer and didnt have time. Would never recommend and don't.

Excellent and professional service. I highly recommend Brooks Heating & AC. My elderly parents were having problems with their AC, but Brooks came to their rescue. We were extremely thankful.

Anyone who bad mouths this company has lost their mind. Couldn't ask for better people, and the way they are working around my always changing, weird on call work hours and their busy schedule in this ridiculous Texas heat is amazing. I had another big named ac company come out initially which ended up costing me $600 for literally 30 mins and didn't fix the problem.. really wish I would have known to contact Brooks first. Some people believe that they are the only customers out there and always number one priority over everyone else. Doesn't work that way, but Brooks sure will do everything they can to get you taken care of as quickly as they can and have gone out of their way multiple times now to make sure I'm set.

They showed up early got the job done with the best equipment for the best price. They are respectful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I like it when I don't have to second guess anything that's done to my house and with these guys I am never worried. They installed a 3 ton unit in my 1st house and it never once had any issues. They cleaned the coils and installed a UV light in the second house I owned. Now they have recently upgraded me to a 5 ton unit in my current home. They showed up and got it knocked out in one day. They have left my house as clean as it was before they got here everytime, and everything has always worked perfect when they left.
