AC was turning off at the hottest part of the day. First service was early, so couldn't see anything wrong. I called back later in the day and Kevin came back and was able to see the issue and corrected it at no charge. I have been using this company for a few years now and haven't had an unpleasant experience yet - great cust svc, quick response, and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

There appears a noteworthy difference between a job performed to meet basic standards, as opposed to a job performed to attest to the definition of ‘par excellence’. Magnison & Moen’s recent installation of our new A.C.unit was above and beyond our own expectations, in terms of the execution of the installation itself.

Having promptly arrived at 8:00AM, Terry, Ryan and Kevin went right to work. Jeff appeared shortly afterwards with “the goods”: our new air conditioning unit. The Magnison & Moen team appeared as a well-focused orchestration of movement, from one task to the next. Each and every member appeared well-versed within the part they were destined to play out as they pieced together the designed intent of our new system. And when they were all finished, the purr of our new unit was music to our ears.

Okay, so there appeared a bit of a glitch the following day, which Jeff and Ryan acted to resolve ASAP. The promised guarantee of our satisfaction fully addressed.

Thank you to this entire team, which includes Teresa, who has a well-developed knack of simply bringing sunshine into your day.

My experience with MagMo has always been more than satisfactory. Kevin does a great job when he comes to do the semiannual service on the AC/heating systems. He has a great disposition and friendly manner. Always good to see him.

Magnison & Moen saved me over $4,500! One company gave me an estimate of $8250. to replace my entire heating and air units, stating that the compressor was shot and I needed to replace everything. Called Magneson & Mohen, referred to me by a good friend, for a second opinion. They replaced the compressor and everything is running fine. $3525 later, my tenant is enjoying her air conditioning!
