My heater didn't turn on New Years day 2013 , so I called Bouma Air , they where at my door very same day (afternoon) I called. The technician was very informative & knowledgable , although initial inspection lead him to believe issue was caused by faulty circuit board , it turned out to be another issue. Very refreshed to see a professional and HONEST company. I will recommend this company to everyone !! Very happy we now have warm house again thanks to Bouma Air !!

Jim is the best, has fixed the AC and Furnace at my home a few times. Have referred him to friends who wanted second opinions when they got high quotes from others and each time has given the people various options over "just redo the whole thing". Great, honest, and hard working guy.

My blower motor in my furnace stopped working and summer was coming. I needed it fixed before the heat wave. I called Jim at Bouma Air Conditioning. I live in La Verne and wasn't certain he would come out here. He came out the next day and quickly diagnosed a burned out pump motor. It was 30 years old. Within 1 hour he replaced the motor and capacitor and cleaned my system. The cost was unbelievably reasonable. With all the scam companies out there, Jim's company, Bouma is the real deal. I will definitely use him for future HVAC problems..

Jim and his team are great. He was able to get us scheduled quickly when our AC stopped working and Travis came out and fixed the problem quickly. Best of all, it was a fair price for the repair and didn't need the full system replaced. Not the first time we have used Bouma and definitely will use again.

I would give Todd at Magnison &Moen 10 stars if I could. With all the shady people out there these days they are definitely not one of them. Todd came out and went above and beyond in helping out with the heater problem I had and his workers that came and installed the new heating system were professional and explained everything. To any single women out there don't be afraid of being taken because they don't operate that way, I am eternally grateful for their service.

Very courteous and attentive to my concerns. The repairman knew exactly what he was doing and presented himself in a professional manner. The work area was very clean which I must say is a shock because some contractors totally trash your place and do not care to even clean it up.The office manager was extremely helpful too. I would recommend this business especially if you are in dyer need of an AC fix as I was! :)
