Mayner and Carlos are total pros! Had an issue with my AC at 6pm and he was able to fit me in the very next morning. AC is now running perfectly! Thank you both again!

Technician was polite and well versed with AC units. Answered all my questions and was fast in doing my AC tune up and installing a new thermostat. Would highly recommend and will be a repeat costumer. Also, will be considering their AC tune up plan in the future

My Air system provided prompt service. I called and spoke to Maynor and he said he would be at my with in two hours, but he was there within the hour. He was courteous and explained everything that was wrong with the unit and was very informative.

He was able to trouble shoot the AC unit quickly and have it fixed within 30 minutes of his arrival. We really appreciate his quick, prompt and excellent service.

Unfortunately, my heater has been repaired on several occasions during the past 12 months. This was my first experience with Macawsome Heating & Cooling. Maynor, the technician was punctual, personable and very knowledgeable. He was quickly able to diagnose and repair the issue. Great overall customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Macawesome Heating and Cooling when my air conditioner stopped cooling. Their service technician, Maynor was prompt and courteous, arriving at my home when expected. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue, but he also fixed it efficiently.

This team is exceptionally reliable, professional, and offers fair prices. After encountering issues with our heater, we engaged four different groups for diagnosis, but none instilled confidence. The Macawsome team not only identified the problem accurately but also swiftly resolved it within 30 minutes on their second visit, all at nearly half the cost quoted by others. Impressed by their efficiency, I promptly signed up for a membership, grateful for warm nights during freezing rain.

Macawsome and Maynor are super responsive and patient with us despite our HOA taking so long to approve our project. We texted everyday, keeping them updated with the HOA approval, and he never ceased to respond to us. They also gave us payment options and did the extra mile and helped installed our NEST system afterwards. And that’s not even the best part… they’re very honest and fair with their pricing!
I highly recommend them to everyone! We are so lucky we found them and we hope that they could help many more people like us!

My experience with them has been excellent. First Maynor arrived on time. He was very honest with his assessment and the price for the repair was reasonable however I opted to replace my condenser and furnace because I knew they would eventually fail due to the age of the system and I had previous assessment from a different company. The price was less than half of what I was quoted from the other company. I asked for a timeline and Maynor said they will be there at 8 AM the next day which I have to admit I was
skeptical of since it was July. So I asked him if he was certain cause I will have to call off for work to be home and he said 200% sure. Next day comes and I kidd you not, his people rang my doorbell at 7:55 AM. I was highly impressed moreso when they finished at 1 PM. There were 3 people working and everyone was very professional. Carlos answered all my questions and saw to it that my concerns were met. Then Maynor followed up with a phone call later in the day to make sure everything was working well. He did have to come the following day to make some adjustments but like before, he answered my call and came to my house promptly and as always on time. I don't normally make a review but I believe that these are the type of people we need to keep in business in our community. They are honest, hardworking, trustworthy and professional. I would absolutely recommend their service to my family and friends.

Had an insurance claim. Macawsome came and showed me what was gonna be changed. I already had 2 quotes and they where crazy high like 20-25k for a whole unit. They gave me an amazing deal. Cause of that I kept upgrading and upgrading. My house was completed in a timely manner. The install felt like a custom job. I highly recommend them.

Maynor was very respectful, efficient, and professional in installing a new condenser motor and capacitor on my ac unit. Before Macawsome, I had a big name company give me an estimate. They were more expensive. Plus the technician didn’t seem knowledgeable and was irritated with my questions. Maynor was completely different. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and explained the problem and solution. He also was responsive through texts and phone calls. After receiving several bids from local heating/cooling businesses for a new A/C unit, furnace, and ducting, we decided to go with Macawsome. My AC went out during the worst heat wave yet of the summer. I have my 81 year old mom that lives with me and suffers from several potential life threatening ailments. I contacted my home warranty company Old Republic who are fantastic and they dispatched my AC issue to Macawesome heating and air. The tech was literally awesome! He diagnosed the issue with expertise, made expert repairs and got my AC back up and running in no time! I thought the unit was dead, but the Macawesome tech brought it back to life. I am so grateful for this company and their wonderful experienced techs.

We can’t be more thankful for Maynor and the fantastic job he and his crew did. After doing our due diligence of getting 3 quotes to replace our entire system, thankfully Macawsome was one of the ones we called. Not only did they offer to move my system to a new spot so it wouldn’t be visible in my back yard, but the system itself is beautiful compared to the traditional big bulky unit. Right away I could tell Maynor took pride in his company, and the little things that he did and showed that he’s done in the past is definitely what won me over. My family and I had an amazing experience with Macawsome Heating & Cooling! We discovered this company right before this summer at the Maclin Open Air Market and we are so glad we stopped to say hello and check out what they have to offer! We were on the hunt for a new AC unit, for our Ducts to get replaced, and a new smart thermostat. They were able to give us a deal we couldn’t turn down and customer service that made us happy to do business with them. They got everything up and running within a few days and made our set up look beautiful and did a really clean job. They got our house nice and cool right before the summer and we are now enjoying a warm home as winter approaches. We definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for an honest and caring business to get their homes right for the summer and winter!

Maynor was wonderful. On-time, friendly and great communication. Only person in over a year of many maintenance fixes in my rented home that brought shoe covers. Clean ladder and organized equipment. Fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend!
