We trust Air Temp for all of our air and heating needs. They are very trustworthy, reasonable in pricing and very nice people. I would highly recommend them for both residential and business.

My first time calling them and they were very professional. Ray was able to come out the same day and fix my air. He is amazing. Oh and can't forget, he is hilarious. Thank you so much!!

Air temp came to our rescue. We are very pleased with them. We had someone come before to get a quote and their prices were outrageous, but Air temp was fair with their prices and great quality job. I will definitely called them again.

Our old unit was forty years old really and Ray came out to look at it and just shook his head. Now I had two other companies come out the tell me I had to replace all of the ducting? Really? the previous owner had replaced them when they did a room addition a few years ago. Ray looked at it and said No it is just fine. Now I sit here in my ice cold house. Thanks, Ray you and your crew did a GREAT JOB!

This company was sent to my house by a property management company. First off Ray is very rude and kept yelling at me because i didnt open the door to his tech which was at my door 3 minutes because i have cameras and i had someone waiting for him to arrive but this person left my house without telling me. That was my mistake but it was not for him to yell at me because i apologized. 2nd i got accused of leaving the ac running which caused for it to "freeze" it was already frozen on thursday when they came to my house and it was not frozen the following Monday with this terrible heat. I always talked and went to the garage to see how the tech was working and never once he mentioned there was ice. Now they did say to leave the fan running which i did but to be accussed of leaving the ac running is false. I am an adult i do not have a reason to lie for my actions. Now the management wants to charge me for the bill and i swear the tech never mentioned it was frozen. In fact what he did donwas invite me for a coffee to which i rejected. Maybe this is the reason for lying in the bill. But ok. Thanks anyways more power to you and your company. I never want to see your company at my house again. Hopefully this review helps someone looking for an ac company.

I was expecting to have major issues with my a/c when I called Ray. The technician came out that afternoon, and located a bad capacitor. He topped off the system with refrigerant and checked the rest of my system. I was happy that he did not try to upsell me with items I did not need. The pricing was fair, and more than reasonable. I will call these guys annually for my system check. Thanks again for giving me life with my older a/c unit.

I called Air Temp and they came out the next day and found the problem with my AC, order the part and installed it. The best part is they told me it was under warranty and the part was free. They didn't have to tell me that as I would have never known. Ray is honest and his communication is great. His grandson works with him as well. Great company and gets my highest rating! Will use again for any HVAC needs.

Met Ray through a neighbor when I had a problem with my 50 year old HVAC system and he had it figured out in no time. Every year since I have known Ray, he’s serviced our system for a fair price. This year we decided to install a new system with new duct work leading to all the rooms in our house and I couldn’t be happier with his and his guys work and how quickly they had the system up and running.
I’ve always recommended Ray and his team to anyone that needed help with their system and never would have introduced them to him if I didn’t trust him. Thanks Ray for all the help!

Ray was nice. However, was not happy with the service and repairs that he did. A new transformer, relay and fuses were replaced in the furnace, new thermostat installed, and a new ac capacitor replaced in the AC unit outside. It was one thing after another. Tested AC for 10 mins, it worked. So we turned it off. The next day it wouldn't turn on. He told me that I need an electrician to come because he said there was a short somewhere and didn't know where. So electrician came out, and everything was good. Again Ray came out, and said there is a short somewhere within the furnace and that I need a new one. He gave me a price... I ended up getting a second opinion. Explained what Ray did... The new air guy found the new capacitor in its box still, and not even mounted down within the AC unit outside. Not sure how I now had a tiny gas leak coming out of the pipe from the furnace. Anyhow come to find out, all I needed was a new circuit board, and fixed the gas leak. The new air guy showed me exactly what the problem was.

Eddie was amazing, he was the ONLY A.C. guy available and even came early! He was 100% honest and fixed my A.C. in less than 20 minutes. Very kind, more than reasonable prices, and quality work..I definitely recommend!

Keeping It Cool Air Conditioning and Heating was a lifesaver for my elderly mother's home! After dealing with another company (to put it nicely—even though he doesn’t deserve it, one “gentleman”) who wouldn’t resolve the issue and was quite unprofessional, the KICHA team came in and completely took over with confidence, professionalism, and diligence. The team—especially Eddie and Tony—were amazing: thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive. They quickly got to the root of the problem and had everything running smoothly in no time. It was a huge relief to finally have a team that knew what they were doing and genuinely cared about doing it right.

What meant the most was the peace of mind they brought—knowing my mother would finally be comfortable on those hot days. I can’t recommend Keeping It Cool enough!

Keeping it Cool they arrived on time, very friendly and show great care and cleanlines after they were done. The service provided was from a 4 ton to a 5 ton 15.2 Goodman heat pump condenser with a 5 ton indoor air handler, flush out existing copper lines, new disconnect, electrical whip, fuses, unit pad, upgrade, 16" air return duct into 20" for more efficient air flow.
This system eliminated natural gas furnace. The new air conditioner is now running perfectly, and the professionalism and courtesy of Eddie and Tony were commendable. keeping it Cool is highly recommended for all HVAC needs!
