They restored the ceiling in the kitchen, and now it's a lot nicer. They realized what was going on and did a fantastic job addressing things. The crew was on time, even a bit early, and they acted like professionals the whole time. Now that the air moves better, the kitchen is more comfortable. It was a lot of fun!

It was like showing off a hidden level of comfort in my home! After cleaning the A/C vents, the air quality got a lot better. The air seemed lighter and more welcoming. I enjoyed how professional and detail-oriented everyone was during the procedure. It's amazing how something that looks like it can't be seen can have such a tremendous impact. The rooms now feel fresh and clean, which they didn't before. I can actually feel the difference, and it's great.

I had AC issues and I called Northstar. The guy who came was friendly he checked the unit and said there’s something wrong and j repairing it would cost over $3000, but best would be to replace the unit which would be over $12,000.
For my own satisfaction I called another company they came in they check the system and were able to fix the AC for a few hundred dollars. Please do not work with this company they are liars. I’m sorry if someone believed them and spent thousands of dollars replacing the unit which probably wasn’t needed.

Charles arrived early. Was very knowledgeable and did a great job diagnosing the problem, and fixing it. He also gave advice on preventing this and other problems.

Tech Andrew Ramos was pleasant, professional and able to fix the issue with my water heater. I recommend him to anyone.

I'm really sorry to have to take my business public, but I have asked 4 or 5 different employees to have my 5 year warranty account audited due to overpayment I have discovered made since purchasing my HVAC unit Nov of 2020 and no one has bothered to follow-up. I estimate over $7k has been charged to me by technicians servicing my unit since installation. David Garcia, I understand you are the company owner now and would greatly appreciate your intervention in this matter.

Jesus was professional and the best at what he does. I had my tankless water heater flushed as well as my AC maintenance service. Both done exceptionally in less than 2 hours. Price was reasonable and even better with the packages they offer. Highly recommended

My house is old. Built in 64' i dealt with clogs in the bath tub, and the kitchen sink since i bought it. had to install a garbage disposal, a pressure release valve, new water heater, and all new piping under my house. I spent at least $15k with them. I called Northstar for every plumbing job and they've been honest and on time every time. Would recommend calling them.
