Great communication and customer service. I’ve experienced poor attitude from other contractors who act as if they’re doing me a favor as opposed to treating me like a valued customer. On top of that, I was previously charged for services that weren’t necessary and my a/c still didn’t work properly. I felt that Macawesome provided good honest work and gave me a fair estimate.

Macawesome is the only business I would trust to do any Air Conditioning work on my home. My entire family has used Maynor and his team for their homes and he is friendly, communicative, and most importantly, he is honest. When another company told me I needed a whole new unit, Maynor was able to fix my problem by doing maintenance on my filter. I truly appreciate how accommodating he was for me even though I lived a bit further out. I would recommend him to anybody!

11 years ago we had problems with our A/C at that time we quoted a few companies and they all had different diagnoses and sky-high prices. At a fair in the city where we live we met the guys from Macawsome, they came to my house, gave me the diagnosis and a good price for the repair. Now 11 years after that good job, my old A/C failed, I found the receipt and the business card of these guys and we called them, the same guys who came 11 years ago came to my house, they inspected my A/C and like the last time they were very honest about the problem and gave me my options, because of their honesty and affordable price we decided change the entire system. My wife and I are very happy for the good work they did, the experience, the detailing , the guarantee and the years in the business we know that they are trustworthy people we will not have problems for many many years. Amazing service! Started with the owner himself coming out and showing you options and making you feel comfortable that it’s going to be done right. Next, the workers show up on-time and absolutely crushed the job. I did the complete system and they hit it out of the park. You notice the little extras they do in their work to go the extra mile.

He quickly assess the best unit that would satisfy the need to work efficiently in my home. He was very clear and detailed how the new unit would work and explained the new features the new unit would have and how it would benefit our family. I appreciated Maynor honesty in explaining our options and not trying to upsell us. The entire experience was professional and trustworthy from start to finish, in two days I had my brand new unit installed and running. We recently purchased our home built in 1984, and to our surprise, it had the original air conditioning unit. With limited funds after the home purchase, we began using the AC during the summer, only to be shocked by our first bill of nearly $1200! Though we managed to reduce our electric bill to around $700 by limiting usage of the AC and other appliances, it was still tough dealing with the unbearable heat at times.

Just had my AC & Heating units replaced by Macawsome. My old unit was loud inside my house when used & the bedrooms would not get any air. Now my new unit is quiet when I turn it on and now all my bedroom s get air. Macawsome did an excellent quick job. Highly recommend this company.
