They don’t have respect for people . Bad Management and terrible HR at their Brea CA , Location . Utterly disgusting at they way I was treated.

Great place but staff take a while to pull order. That and the usual road to get out is really congested so expect delays going to this branch.

Typical Sigler, Just as bad as US Air Conditioning.
I only go to these supply houses because I have to for factory parts.
They really need training in customer service.

Never answers the phone. I tested this out by calling and walking into the store while on hold. There are no customers at the front desk, and still no one answers.

Made me stand in the lobby waiting only to be told they can’t sell me the part I already had on the counter waste of time

3 people working counter, 1 on phone, the other 2 just staring at a screen. No one else in the store, they let me stand there for 5 minutes until I was helped. Customers should be priority, that's why there was none in there...

Good place to order your non "off the shelf" HVAC parts. They also have a small selection of consumable supplies for your truck stock. They always seem fairly happy to see you, but they seem happier when you're buying bigger items. If that tells you anything.

Backburner service at its best/worst.
Never answer phones. When given number or email for updates or quotes, they won't call you or email you. Talk the talk but no walk the walk. 👎 Once you get them, keep them on until they serve you. Otherwise, they will move on to talk the talk with someone else. 🤦‍♂️

They are not 24 hrs. Won't even return a call on same day for a urgent case.

Air Control Specialties are great, they check our unit and refilled the freon. Things are very cool in this hot weather now.

Upon moving into my current house, I encountered persistent issues with the air conditioning system. Regardless of how low I set the temperature; the bedrooms weren't receiving adequate airflow. In my search for a solution, I came across an ad for Macawsome on Facebook. After reading their positive reviews, I decided to give them a call. From the moment I spoke to Byanka, I was impressed by her pleasant demeanor, informative approach, and willingness to accommodate my busy schedule. She genuinely seemed interested in my needs and understood my concerns.

We promptly scheduled an appointment, and the communication regarding their arrival was excellent. When the AC technician, David, arrived, he conducted himself with great respect. Upon inspecting the attic, he discovered a shocking revelation: none of the ducts were connected; they had all been chewed up, likely by mice before my occupancy. David patiently explained the situation, showing me the damaged ducts.

We arranged for a follow-up appointment, during which Macawsome installed brand new ducts. Thanks to their expertise, my thermostat setting had to be adjusted from 76 to 79 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent the interior from becoming too chilly. I am immensely grateful for their patience, understanding, and professionalism throughout this process. Without hesitation, I would recommend Macawsome to anyone seeking expert opinions and quality service without shortcuts.

My AC was not working and Maynard came out to fix it. He was reasonably priced, very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He not only fixed my ac but helped me with the maintenance to keep it running cool. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an AC repair person.
