Frank with Northstar was phenomenal! He and his team installed multiple attic fans on my house and 32 press vents. They were knowledgeable, professional, installed the fans and press vents in the heat of the day, wrapped everything up in one day and cleaned up the areas where they worked. I have been a customer of Northstar for years and will continue to be so. Lastly, one of the best things about Frank is he brings his breadth of knowledge and experience to the job to give his customer the best set up and quality possible.

Isaiah and Adolfo got us all set up with a new hot water heater just in time for the mountain winter weather. If you've ever had the shower in cold mountain water, then you know how much we appreciate their efforts. They diagnosed the problem in the morning and had us ready to go by evening. Thanks, guys!

Frank installed a new aprilaire filter which we never had on our furnance in the buildout. Instead we had a makeshift filter inside the hallway next to the return register. That was there since we had moved in. He also gave us some advice of what we do in the near future. Frank was very professional and courteous. We would recommend him to anyone!

Rick arrived promptly and went about diagnosing the systems issue. Once he spent time asking questions about the issue and checking the system out he shared photos of the issue and thoroughly explained our repair options in person and put them into a written quote very thorough and explained everything

From start to finish we had a great experience . We knew our air conditioning system of ten years was on its way out and Northstar made it incredibly easy and gave us a tremendous deal on our shiny new system.

Enrique and his crew came early this morning and worked in incredibly hot temperatures to get us up and running by this evening . Kyle has done a Tankless water heater with filtration system and replaced, fixed Maine water line and also air conditioning maintenance. He's awesome and is always efficient, informative and friendly. Highly recommend this company and Kyle.

Andrew arrived on time and since the moment he arrived, he was very professional.Very technical. He did an excellent job, once he installed the shower head, he did some testing.And then he brought me in so I could see the end result and showed me how everything was working. Andrew also has taken care of my air conditioning system. If I were his teacher I would give him a A+

Ive used Northstar multiple times on my cabin and I am very happy with them! Jesus came out to take a look at why our heater went out as well as maintain our water heater and he was very informative, quick, honest and friendly. I very much appreciate Jesus and everyone at Northstar ! They are RELIABLE !!!

The men were professional, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves. Frank was excellent in his pre- and post- installation inspections. Frank returned to upgrade 3 electrical outlets in the garage: he explained everything to me in detail and did an excellent job.

Very good workmanship and even better transparency as to billings and explanation of what work is to be done, needs to be done and how it will be done. My only negative is that the pricing is high, but then you get what you pay for so I will pay the high prices for the quality work.

Today I was faced with a sewer clog issue. I contacted Northstar Plumbing and spoke to Valerie. Within 30 minutes Andrew and Charles were at my house and dealt with the issue at hand. One hour later the job was complete and I couldn’t be happier! I strongly recommend Northstar Plumbing for your plumbing needs whether scheduled or emergency! They’re always professional, nice, and willing to go the extra mile!

Only great things to say about Northstar. We needed new air ducks to be installed. They opened up our ceiling and installed new air ducks. Frank was very professional. He put back the ceiling, patched it up, sand it and put a base coat. You can't even tell the ceiling was ever opened up. Left the room the same as it was. No dirt or debris. You know you will get excellence service if Frank gets assigned to your work request. Highly recommended!

Always great service from Northstar. This time a new heater and removal of an 18’ internal ceramic exhaust pipe. This required cutting into lathe and plaster and repairing with new drywall. Exceptional service and work from Frank and team!! Couldn’t be happier with this company

The plumber this company came out on time. He professionally analyzed the problem with my tankless water heater, he was very efficient. I have worked with a lot of contractors in the past. This employee impressed me with his work and positive attitude!
