Diamond Air replaced the Air conditioner for our house with a brand new Carrier SEER 17 unit and we couldn't be happier. From the first phone call to set up a consultation and then meeting with Anthony to determine the best unit to fit our needs, to working with Bobby and Mike on the install team, dealing with Diamond Air was quite pleasant. Our installers Mike and Bobby were very knowledgeable. They answered any questions we had and worked seamlessly until the job was done. They were focused , efficient, and clean. When installation was complete, Bobby showed us how to use the new thermostat and even helped us sink it to our phones for easy control. Our house is so cool now! If you need any help with your heating or air, call Diamond Air. They are a great company and we highly recommend them!

Howie was extremely helpful in presenting different options when we needed a new HVAC system. The installation team - Baran, Christion, Jose, Oscar, and Mike - was professional, efficient, and completed the work quickly. Baran took the time to thoroughly clean the air ducts and carefully fine-tuned each vent. Jose was detail-oriented and ensured the overall system was operating smoothly. We're very happy with the service and highly recommend the team.

The tape unraveled from the duct that flows air to the house. I called Diamond Air and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Service Tech Joey Carroll was extremely professional and went the extra-mile to ensure the duct was thoroughly taped. Also, as a courtesy he checked my HVac system to ensure all was working well. Joey was extremely acknowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

I don't normally use Diamond Air Services, but from now on I will!! I had been out of town during 100 plus degree weather and returned to a broken AC. I had driven home all night and returned at 5 am for sleep before I went to work at 2pm that day, and my house was 84 degrees inside. I do have animals inside the house,so I was freaked out. At 5 am they answered the call live, and said they would come over between 9 and 10 am. My thought was they would call at 10 and say they were running late and it would be a stressful day. Howie texted at 9 and was on his way!! He came in and diagnosed my problem immediately. He fixed it within the hour and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for the emergency service. The price was very reasonable!! I think my AC runs coller now than it did before. Highly recommended!!

Diamond Air installed our system about four years ago, and Baran came and did maintenance on it today. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and made sure everything was running as it should. I was very pleased with the installation of my HVAC units by Diamond Air Services about two years ago. However, I had a minor issue with some of the air duct insulation and I called Anthony at Diamond Air Services. He had no hesitation with sending a guy out to take care of it. The next day, Mac shows up right on schedule and was happy to take care of the repair. Mac did a wonderful job with no charge. I respect Diamond Air Services for standing behind their work as they promised they would.

Howie was very professional; he thoroughly checked and tested the system before replacing the faulty part. First and foremost, Howie is amazing! I contracted his company to remove and replace my Heating/AC unit from my rooftop. In addition, he also reconstructed and engineered a new platform for the roof. The existing platform was over 30 years old in a 70-year-old home. He also took on this complicated project knowing he needed to coordinate with my roofing contractor as well, and vice versa. Because I had 2 projects that needed to start at the same time, Howie was super flexible and patient with me. He always called, texted and emailed me over a 10-week time period to stay in touch for scheduling. This year, we had a very wet season, and, it goes without saying that this delayed the project for so long. When the work finally started, Howie and his team; Mac, Bobby, and Carl, had a sense of urgency to complete it, that I can't overstate it. They are professional, courteous, clean, on time, smart and very detailed. His team blended in very well with the roofing team. And, last but not least, in Howie's pricing, in comparison to his competitors, he offered a super great deal for an awesome Heating/AC unit brand and workmanship. Look at the posted images and you'll see what I mean. Btw, it feels amazing inside my home now. A huge improvement! I can't wait for this summer to come! 5 stars!

Diamond Air changed my whole system and installed a new water heater. Baran and Christian did an air duct cleaning after they finished the install and my ducts are super clean now. I’m very satisfied with the service. Definitely recommended!

I have a bunch of names to drop on this one: Oscar, Anthony, Mike, Bobby, Baran, and Christian. My condenser went out and I needed a new one. They set me up with an awesome and quiet unit, I added an air scrubber and had the vents cleaned as well. 5/5 all day. Professional, super knowledgeable, and took care of my house as if it were their own. Shoe booties going in and out of the house, laying plastic down any place they thought would make a mess. Took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and address all my concerns. Buttoned everything up nicely. High on the value scale: got a great product, professional installation by highly trained techs, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.
