The technicians were knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything they were doing. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and the quality of the installation/repair reflects that. They made sure everything was completed properly and left the area clean and organized.

This team from Diamond Air is the best! I purchased a full HVAC system 5 yrs ago. My heater suddenly stopped working and they came out the next business day. They diagnosed my system and determined that I had a bad gas valve. They were able to obtain the part I needed and quickly installed it that same day. The best part that I didn’t expect was they did not charge me a single penny! Yes it’s true! Thank you Diamond Air you’re the best!

Justin identified the problem and fixed the leak inside of an hour. Incredibly personable and knowledgeable. Great service!

I have used NexGen twice now for servicing my furnace and air conditioning. Both times the technicians did a complete check and explained everything they were looking for. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer any questions. The fee was very reasonable for what they did and the time it took to complete. I will use them again.

NextGen (Moises) did a great job installing a toilet at my house. He was professional, personable, prompt, and pleasant.

The service representative, Steven Butcher, was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and had our A/C unit cleaned and repaired and running in no time. We were very pleased satisfied with his work.

NexGen sent a very capable and friendly technician to examine my duct work. His name was Garrett and he was pleasant and very efficient in explaining my options and laying out the cost. He also educated me on the 2 types of duct material there was. He was also on time. Thanks for being so nice.

Service techs were very prompt and professional. Gus Flores addressed my concerns and explained what needed to be done. Options and prices quotes were reasonable. Satisfied how quick and efficient he and his partner got the work done.

This morning I had the privilege to meet “Kyle” he came to give a regular yearly service to my new electrical tankless water 💦 heater.
He had a nice attitude, he is very polite too.
Kyle explained to me why he need to perform that kind of service. He said that even thought the water heater is new we need to be aware that maintenance is very important.
Kyle explained the process of the flashing and how long it will take for him to do the work.
I am so glad that my new water heater is in good hands 🙏😇🙇🏻‍♀️

My one star rating has nothing to do with the technician. I don't think I should have to be replacing parts on a fairly new system. Regret purchase.

I think charging $444 for cleaning an a/c drain is way too much. Plus I wasn't quoted prior to this work. Also, they tried to upsell me a new ac unit for $16,000. By the way, they serviced my AC this April and discovered no issues.

Awful customer service, awful products, horrible follow through. This company does a lot of marketing to make you feel like they are professional. Hardly the case, they talked me into replacing my 20 year old unit that was a workhouse with something that has broken down every year, and they DO NOT stand by their work or product.

I recently had an HVAC check-up service done at my property by NexGen HVAC & Plumbing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Rafael was the technician who assisted me, and he did an outstanding job.

Rafael was incredibly thorough and professional throughout the entire process. He helped me pinpoint the specific problems that needed to be fixed, explaining everything in a clear and understandable manner. What I appreciated most was that he wasn't pushy at all; he provided his expert recommendations respectfully and allowed me to make informed decisions at my own pace.

had them come out to inspect if i had a slab leak. Nex Gen came out and did everything they said they would and help us detect the slab leak. They gave us 4 different packages to choose from in doing to work that needed to get done. They were very professional and honest about the work that needed to get done.

I needed a plumber to help me with a gas line I use for my barbecue in my home. I had never hired a plumber before, but I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Josh Landeros and Raul did a great job and were both very nice and professional. They even told me about other services they offer that I could benefit from, and I plan on scheduling an appointment for those in the near future. The service I received was top-notch, and I was surprised that the invoice was less than I expected. I highly recommend using NexGen.

Missed the leak in my pipe that was the real problem with my water heater! Prices for a new water heater were very high. I knew this when I was presented with 3 year terms for payments.

We want to thank Carlos for an outstanding catch on our ac/heating system, as well as the detained explanation of the serve damage that the prior installer had caused when installment or unit.

We had no idea that there was extensive damage done when the unit was installed and the tech covered it all up with lies and tape. For the past 4 years we had been inhaling fumes, even though it was minuet traces, that fact remains this supposed pro put all of our lives in danger.

Carlos and his supervisor Tim were great at helping my roommate / landlord understand the best risk we would have if we were to l keep this unit in our home. Both worked with him in getting the best financing for the brand new unit, not an old unit like we had, and worked out to have it installed same day.

Carlos was originally called in for a routine maintenance service call for spring cleaning of our dryer duct. We are so very thankful for his do diligence in discovering the major issues with our old unit.

Thank you NexGen for the great employees and workers you have that made our experience flawless. We are so very pleased with our new working ac/heater as well as the new thermostat recommended by your amazing crew!!!

I made an appointment on line and at night so I’m thinking “hopefully this week” someone could come out they made my appointment the next day ! Then they texted me in the morning to confirm they would be here as scheduled and BANG! Right on time ! The technician was experienced and took his time to explain what was going on with my system in a way I could understand. The price for the repairs to me was very reasonable and I signed up for their maintenance plan which I also think is a bargain these guys are very organized and professional
