Raul did excellent work with water heater maintenance and checking the water system. He was knowledgeable and professional.

Eddie was the technician that resolved the problem with my AC system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to understand when explaining the problem and the resolution. He quickly identified the issues and informed me of what was required along with options. He then purchased the part needed for the repair and installed it and problem was solved. This was no more than a couple of hours. Great work!

My technician was very professional and thorough. He knew what he was doing. He explained the problem and gave me options. On time, worked quickly, and didn't try to pressure me. Overall great job!

We've used NexGen for a couple of projects around the house (garbage disposal installation, water heater repair, etc) and they're always great to work with. Special shout out to Ben who recently came by to help figure out an electrical issue with our tankless water heater and had it diagnosed and repaired within an hour. Easy to schedule and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Hi I am a very unhappy customer, that request service from this company, I hired this company to come and service my a/a unit but they are very unresponsible people, my a/a unit it s on my attic, this gentleman leo Parker was there to service the unit he got other attic made a hole on my neighbor's ceiling roof, and never report it ,I called company 4 times to take care of the issue and they want to schedule a repair visit almost a month front ,they ara very unresponsible people, I don't know how they handle business like that, my neighbor is very unhappy about the situation he is going to, I am a very unhappy customer cause this people don't want face there responsibilities,

Jose was very helpful with what was supposed to be a garbage disposal installation. A small fork had jammed a couple weeks early so we thought we had to replace it. Jose showed up and rather than replacing our disposal, showed us the location of the reset button that instantly fixed it, saving us almost $400.

Great service, no gimmicks, just to the point.
My rep Jason was one of the best and most polite service techs I have ever dealt with. Upfront cost estimates, no pressure for a “just one time deal,” every step of the way explained, with skill and patience.

Kevin did a great job unclogging my kitchen sink. Following the repair he cleaned up the area and neatly replaced items he had to remove from the area in which he was working. Job well done .

The technician, Ethan Sealey, arrived early and diagnosed the issue. He did not have the parts necessary to remedy the issue so he quickly traveled to Anaheim from Pasadena. He returned and fixed the issue with my heater. Great and professional service. I highly recommend NEXGEN HVAC & plumbing for your AC and heater needs.

We have been working with Nexgen Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing since December 2023.
We were so impressed by their work that we eventually signed up for their Nexgen Rewards Membership Plan.
It was one of the best investments a home owner could ever make.
We had low water pressure and a leaky hose bib and water spigot that we let go for far too long.
It was time to put that Membership plan to work.
We reached out to Nexgen and they assigned our job to Jose Trejo.
Jose contacted us to let us know that he was on his way.
Jose explained the job and his process in language that we could understand.
We were impressed by his knowledge.
Jose quoted us a fair price on the job before we authorized him to do the work.
Jose arrived at 11:30 a.m. and replaced the water pressure regulator, a spigot, and two shut off valves.
Jose did not leave until he knew that we were 100 % satisfied.
He did not leave until after 8:00 p.m.
We were very impressed by Jose Trejo's knowledge, work ethic and professionalism.
Nexgen should be every homeowners "go to" for Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing.

I had the pleasure of working with this company recently. I have a tankless water heater which stopped producing hot water. Dylan Sandoval was sent to me to help fix the issues. However he wasn't able to repair the unit but instead of charging a service fee they said no charge as they didn't really do anything to solve my problem. WOW was I shocked in this world today everyone want money from you whether they corrected your problem or not they want to be paid. Dylan was one of the most professional and truly nice kind person. These guys will be my only supplier for plumbing moving forward. Truly can't say enough good things about this comapny.

He came to install a bathroom sink faucet. i didn't like the fact that he continually tried to upsell me. First, it was the hoses underneath for 272.00. Then it was my soft water tanks. I asked when he got here if he could put on the new toilet paper holder i purchased and he said, yes. But then he wanted to charge me a hundred and twenty five dollars. I was willing to pay something, but not a whole service call again.

They were just the right people to call. David the tech called 10 minutes before arrival. Came on time, very polite and professional.
He troubleshoot the problem and found the issue. He gave me couple of options as how much it could cost me and what was it involved of. He also gave me lots of other goo tips that how I can get the most out of my system.
I am totally happy with his work and the job that he did.
I will most definitely recommend them. 👍
