Over many projects through the last eight years, Josh Cutler and his workers have done truly excellent work in our home. Everyone at Cutler Construction and all of Josh's sub-contractors exemplify professionalism and expertise, and all are willing to go beyond the level of excellent to please the customer. Josh and his crew did an outstanding job in renovating our three bathrooms a number of years ago, and were very responsive when recently we needed them to regrout several of our showers (our fault, not theirs). When we first hired Josh to do our bathrooms, what really sold us was his extremely detailed bid, showing exactly what everything would cost, unlike other bidders who gave us just vague ideas about cost and who wouldn't guarantee that their bids wouldn't increase. Major home renovation projects are very stressful for owners, but Josh and his crew relieved a lot of our stress, kept to the timetable, showed up on schedule, always cleaned up after their work, and their workmanship was excellent on all the bathrooms. We wouldn't even consider any other company for any renovation project. Josh and his crew are the best.

We are so happy with the kitchen remodel project we did with Cutler Construction. Josh immediately impressed us with his attention to detail. There were many times during our project where it was clear that Josh is really committed to doing things the right way, rather than rushing through things to call them done.

We also really appreciated Josh’s advice during the design / planning phase. He had a number of great ideas and suggestions to make the kitchen space more usable. The quality of their cabinets and the workmanship is superb. Installation was great and they nailed details like a flush installation of a Wolf induction cooktop. They made custom floating wood shelves and mounted them on counter-to-ceiling marble tiled walls which look amazing. Josh was proactive in coordinating things that we wanted to purchase, like cabinet drawer pulls and the pendant lights.

After installation, the team at Cutler construction reached out to make sure we were happy and that we had not run into any issues. At one point we had a minor electrical issue and he had his electrician at the house the same day to fix the problem - really incredible!

We considered two other contractors for our project and all three were competitive on price. Where Cutler truly stands out is in their integrity and quality of work. We’re already planning another project with Josh and would highly recommend the entire team at Cutler Construction.

Cutler Construction did an amazing job on remodeling our 2 bathrooms. When we first met with Josh, we tasked him with taking 2 smaller bathrooms: enlarge them, add double sinks, and maximize the space. This was a challenging task, but the result turned out beautiful and beyond our expectations.
The crew was always courteous and professional, they cleaned up at the end of each work day. Josh always answered our questions and gave us solutions when needed.
He continually gave us updates on work being done each week. There were never any issues with inspections or obtaining permits because the work done was professional and without shortcuts. It is difficult to find a company that shows integrity. We are thankful for our experience with Cutler Construction.

they came in and did our old home in one day . They talked to us through some of the rough spots they occurred and informed us of everything they weee doing every step of the way and even offered several different solutions, leaving it up to us how to proceed. Cutler Construction was the contractor for a major renovation (floors, redesigned kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) of our home and I highly recommend them. Josh and his team were good to work with, communicated well and, most importantly, did high-quality work and took pride in doing great work.

We had never done anything like this, but Josh was patient about guiding us and helping us choose fixtures, appliances, colors and the many other things that must be decided when undertaking such a large project. He also made some of our ideas happen, going above and beyond to make sure things turned out as we wanted.

Have had CCSI do a few jobs now, starting with hardwood floor installation, then a full closet/cabinet build-out, and most recently hanging sound panels from ceiling for an A/V room.

Excellent, detailed work, done without unnecessary delay. Even for my relatively small jobs, Josh has been very responsive to questions, concerns, pricing explanations. Nice to see other reviews say the same thing for bigger projects. CCSI very competitive on pricing, but for me the quality, quickness, and customer service/follow-up give them an edge.

Always good to get multiple bids and do your due diligence as a homeowner. But after three solid jobs, I feel pretty good about hiring CCSI for upcoming projects.

I had the best experience with Cabrera Lathing and Stucco Specialist. They were very professional, and did a fantastic job on the stucco. They cleaned up fully and I highly recommend them.

Francisco did a amazing job of fixing the stucco under my bay window! It looks better than it ever did before! I would highly recommend him! He was courteous and very professional. He will be my first call if I ever need his services again.

I had a small repair job that several stucco contractors that wanted to make a larger job for more money. Francisco gave me a good bid to repair the stucco that was in need. Did a great job matching existing stucco and I can’t be more pleased with the result.

Needed stucco patch after new electrical panel installation. Francisco responded within 5 minutes. Good price. Very knowledgeable of the process including city inspection requirements. Did an excellent job. Left the site clean. Kept me informed as I was not home while work was completed. Recommend highly.

One of their drivers ran me off the road and almost caused a huge accident. I emailed them and they promptly responded, apologized, and talked to the driver. I don't have any experience actually doing business with them, but I was pleasantly surprised by their response.

We are a small Condo HOA in Los Angeles. Their proposal for our electrical repairs was really good. At first we chose another vendor and they were our 2nd choice just due to a $200 difference. Well the 1st choice (a lone operator) ended up being a flake no show x3 and even arrived at our site and left due to “not being able to find parking”. What a waste of time for us.

PLE showed up , on time, ready to work, had very clear proposals and summarized the condition of our electrical panel, did the work right, educated us, told us when something was better done another way than what we originally wanted and saved us money. Tech was also very professional and professional dressed. Neat and left the place clean after the job. Will use them again.
