I don’t know if everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful or I just got the right guy. I walked in with little hope of replacing a 50 year old leaky faucet valve, but the guy had me a replacement part to try in one minute!Thank you so much, saved me a bunch of headaches

these guys rock , have what you need and good prices , name brand stuff too , and i love the sign on the front glass of the store , that this is not a jungle jim for your kids and if you cant control them then this store isnt for you ! this is not a quote but that is about what it said in my eyes , well if you cant control the brats you bring into this world then put them on a leash and take them to the park

Nasty store. Nothing is priced for being a small store, is the price different for individuals and not fixed or is it based on what model car I arrive in since the parking lot is small and visible from the store, merchandise is ordinary designs and I was told that they do not keep anything in stock meaning minimal overhead cost, and items needed to be ordered which takes a few days so how about I order online myself directly from the manufacturer and save extensively on store markup. Staff made reference to Home Depot and Lowes in a sarcastic manner as the two giants and their customers are inferior, in 2019 Home Depot had 110 Billion and Lowes 72 Billion in sales and if everything in this store is special order then why not order similar merchandise through Home Depot or Lowes catalog at a significant lower price.

This is just my personal experience with them. I needed a part for my shower from Newportbrass so I call them. Nweportbrass told me they have three in stock so I better order from their distributor. So they gave me their local distributor "Faucet and Fictures". I placed order rightaway with them. One week later, when I called Faucet and Fixtures for delivery date, they told me Newport has to make new part so it will take three weeks to ship. I called Newport asking if they still have them in stock, they said they still have two. And they told me my part will ship tomorrow! That is the kind of service you get from ordering through this company! I will post another review after I get my part and see if they messed up my shipment.

Nice and clean showroom with lots of options for the whole house in different styles and prices ranges. Our sales person Tim is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend.

My go to place when I have a remodeling project and need middle to upper end faucets, fixtures, etc. They are very helpful, professional and simply nice. The staff is extremely helpful with showing me options and assisting me with furnishing a remodeled kitchen or bathroom. Definitely a “go to” place when remodeling.

Terrific group, knowledgeable and helpful. And although they may cater to the higher end customer, they take the time necessary to support average homeowner's needs, with great products and remodeling ideas. Go by the store and take a look at the vignettes, the mock-ups of bathroom and kitchen installations, products and ideas - expertly arranged and showcased.

Awesome selection but be prepared to put a second mortgage on the house to pay for the faucet. The cheapest kitchen faucet was $350 and they go up to $1800. Great quality, but be prepared to pay 2-10 times what you pay at Lowe's/Home Depot. There's also no price tags on anything, so of you have to ask, you can't afford it.

Very pleased with customer service and advice I got during a kitchen remodel, with a Blano sink and Newport Brass faucet.....both products durable and lovely! My Thanks to John, Catalina, and Rhonda for all your knowledge and experience! Five star and I will be back for my bathrooms!

This is a really outstanding store. The salespeople take the time to help you find what you are looking for and help you figure out what works. They have very nice fixtures and sinks. I bought an amazingly beautiful farmhouse sink and drain (it looks like a star!). They also have cabinet handles and pulls and a lot of other things too.

The only reason I put one star was so I could write a review. I have not been treated this way ever. No customer service. The person my wife TRIED to a blonde female, to talk to could not look up from her invoice she was working on to look at my wife to answer her questions nobody even looked up to acknowledge us when my wife and I walked in.what’s the matter, my skin color the wrong shade of brown for your liking? My money is just as green as the other people that walk in. We won’t be back.Remember all you sell is faucets and toilets!!!

fine products, smoothe process, nice people

Nice little showroom. Was impressed. I went in with specific ideas and liked what I saw. I was just looking, so didn't price anything. Prices are not on displays. Had plenty of choices to look at. If you don't see what you like, they have catalogs. Lots of knobs, handle options. Friendly staff.

There is so much to enjoy about this incredible shop. The amount of product and more specifically the better And more interesting products are All here. The staff is not only capable they are knowledgeable experienced and very helpful. The store is laid out brilliantly easy to shop and get ideas. I cannot recommend this place enough.. I was able to find everything I needed some of it was on hand and the things I had to order came quickly.
