One of the best landscape companies that I have ever worked with! I’m a Homeowners Association manager and they go above and beyond for the client and management company!

Their truck 745663 cut me off in chino hills

We pay monthly dues Nd since I've been home the last 5 months these guys dont know how to edge grass nor cut it. The shrubs are overgrown. Our last landscaping company at least did this much.

Please do not have your workers work starting 7am. Use of leaf blowers prohibited except between 8am and 5pm. Every Wednesday, I woke up by noisy equipments from your workers. Poor management.

imagine paying a company money for them to destroy your landscaping and leave giant piles of leaves and leaves all over. they hack apart trees, trample flowers, and have zero respect for the neighborhood they are working in. they leave machines idling at 7am. they use all diesel tools so the motor is as loud as possible.horrible company. even worse people.

They are a big company, so they start early 7am... They have the loudest machines I've ever heard. I live in a gated community, listening to thier equipment is how I wake up most days.... It's like living at an airport, or racetrack, and it goes on for hours.....They make equipment that causes less noise pollution..... Apparently, they don't care.

I hate this company! They take up street parking by parking in a way that won't allow other cars to fit but they'll move to park rhe rest of their personal vehicles. I've been parked behind them and they'll move their truck as close as possible to my car to fit moreover their vehicles and then I can't even get out.

Disregards noise ordinances and doesn’t care. Would not recommend them in the neighborhood or for contract.

By far the best landscaper in Southern California. Above and beyond may be a cliche, but it aptly applies here, have used them for decades. A great company all around.

Regulo is an excellent professional. He cuts trees very beautifully and neatly. I appreciate his work a lot.

I’m very pleased with the work they have done here in rancho Veracruz. The place looked like a dumped a few months ago. Now we can honestly say it looks dignified

This company services our HOA in RSM. They do an amazing job! It is really spectacular to watch them work. They have removed two dead 3-story tall trees. The work was dangerous to themselves and to the property, but they made it look easy. They are smart, professional, and proficient.

I have worked with Softscapes Corporation in the last few years, as they are a vendor for many of the HOA properties I’ve managed in the past and are currently managing now. They have always been professional, responsive and have excellent customer service.

I’ve had the pleasure to work with Roxanna over the last few years and her customer service skills are beyond amazing! She always goes above and beyond to ensure we receive quotes on time, even if they are requested with short notice. She is always there to answer any questions I relay from the Board members.

I have also worked with Israel, one of Softscapes Operations Manager, and he too goes above and beyond to ensure the work gets completed.

I have never received negative reviews or feedback from Board members when it comes to Softscapes. Whether they service a community for their landscaping needs or complete tree trimming services, the job is always done right.

None of this would be possible if it wasn’t for the amazing service that the team at Softscapes provides to their clients.

Why are your guys parking in handicap spots?

I love them! They have always taken care of my properties and always make sure our management and ownership team are happy. Roxana is always extremely helpful, super sweet, and quick to respond to get things taken care of! Israel has always been very attentive and very nice, and patient with our property landscape needs. I love the Softscapes Team and will get them on as many of my properties as I can! I would recommend them all day any day, they never let you down!!

Very rude gardeners . Drink on the job . Leave a mess everywhere and poor land scaping. I do not recommend this company
