These people continue to not answer any of my phone calls after denial of responsibility for my cracked windshield and I was told by management that others are similar victims.
They act like a bunch of wild animals while they are working.

I have used Jeff Harvey with Arbor Expertise for years for tree pruning. A neighbor referred him to me. He and his team do a great job with my trees. He recently took out a large 100 year old walnut that had unfortunately died. It also had an active bee hive and they expertly worked around that hazard.

He has also treated my crepe myrtle trees a couple of times for sticky aphid residue and now years later it is completely resolved.

Great to have an arborist that knows his trees and can do it right for a very fair price. Whatever your situation he can help you

I received an unsolicited message from this company claiming they “drove past my house” and somehow knew my full name, address, and phone number without me ever reaching out. When I asked how they got my information, they ignored my question and never responded.

This strongly suggests they are part of a group that collects and shares personal information without consent. If they obtained my details this way, I would caution anyone against trusting the, especially with payment information or any financial transactions.

If a company can’t be transparent about how they operate, I wouldn’t trust them with my property, let alone my trees. Proceed at your own risk.

Arbor expertise did a fantastic job on my trees and large bushes. Jeff was very detailed in his bid and description of work which I greatly appreciated! My yard look great!

We have a 100 year old Diadora Cedar, and have used several tree services over the past 50 years with terrible results! The tree in the last few years has gotten very heavy on the end of the limbs, and broke off when it is windy! Arbor Expertise was able to diagnose it’s need and it looks better than it has ever looked and is thriving! I have limited knowledge about the proper care and maintenance of my plants and trees. Jeff throughly explained tree growth and proper pruning. He also provided proper food for my plants and flowers. I am now on a proper maintenance cycle for my yard. I am extremely happy with the knowledge and level of work I am receiving. If you want quality work based on knowledge and expertise. They take care to properly trim trees. Clean up was thorough and did more than I expected. And he gave me a reasonable timeline of when the next trim is most likely needed in a couple of years.

We unfortunately had to remove a very old 75ft liquid amber tree. It took two days to cut it down and then stump grind it Jeff and his crew were highly skilled knew exactly what they were doing. I was very impressed and will use them in the future I live on an older property with many mature trees and would trust them. They were also reasonably priced and carried insurance. Thank guys! I was sad to see it go but it was necessary.

I have an orange tree that I absolutely love in my small side yard. I called Arbor after I made the mistake of allowing a landscaper to trim it. I could tell the landscaper did not have the expertise needed to keep my orange tree healthy. Arbor Expertise not only properly trimmed my tree but also educated me about how to keep it healthy and “happy,” all at a very reasonable price. Can’t recommend Arbor strongly enough. I’ll see them again the next trimming in two years ❤️
