Rug Botic did an excellent job with my carpets! They picked up and delivered on time, and the whole process was very smooth. The staff is friendly, reliable, and clearly know what they are doing. My carpet had tough stains and they removed them completely without damaging the fibers. Prices are fair for the quality you get. I’m very satisfied and will definitely use Rug Botic again.
