I’ve used Premier Tree Experts twice already and have referred my neighbors to them as well. The quality of their work and value is the best you’ll find in Orange County. I’ve had a total of 4 massive queen palms removed and stump grinding complete. I’m very happy with the results! The crew is on time, friendly, and efficiently, they get the job done very fast! The best part, I call on a Saturday, and the work is done by Monday. I highly recommend giving them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I would hire Premier Tree Experts again! They are so quick, organized, and professional with their work. Sal is very easy to communicate with and responds to your requests and questions in a timely manner. They staff work really well together, and get the job done fast!

I dealt with Sal and it was a positive experience. While the timing was not great, I do understand some jobs run late. He gave me a great price to remove my peach tree. It was about 6 years old and all I had was squirrels eating the peaches. In all this time I never got a full grown peach so we decided that the amount of work that goes into trimming, fertilizer and watering for no fruit is not worth it. He came with a few guys and literally in 10 minutes it was all gone and they cleaned well with a blower. Wery happy

Premier Tree Experts were the best. Sal was great. I got 3 separate estimates for this job and he easily came below the others. Was very easy to schedule a time and his crew did a fantastic job. They cleaned up their mess like they were never there.

We needed to have over ten trees trimmed in our yard, some very large Italian cypress, a Hollywood cypress, a bottle brush and an olive tree. Sal responded quickly and politely to my quote and gave me a very reasonable quote for all the work I needed done. His crew showed up at exactly the time he promised, right on the dot. They worked harder than anyone I've ever seen and took very good care to avoid damaging any of the other plants in my yard. These guys are absolute pros. They made quick work of our 60+ foot cypress trees and when they were done, cleaned up every leaf and twig.
In addition, they accommodated some last-minute changes we requested without any issue. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any tree work done.

Excellent and professional tree service company- they gave us a very competitive estimate, arrived on time, performed the work, cleaned up ( it looked like they had been here!). We had 3 palm trees trimmed, 1 medium size tree removed , 2 tall cypress trees groomed and crowned and a small tree removed- we will recommend them to our neighbors and will use them for our business for commercial tree service on job sites.

Sal and his team (led by George) were very professional. They came on time and worked very efficiently. they cleaned up where the tree was, took out all the roots and cleaned up after the place.
Their price was fair.

All in all, they did what they said they would do (tree removal & trim), were professional, and cleaned up after themselves.

I put my request in yesterday around noon and Sal at Premier Tree Experts was the first to call me back then within two hours Sal came out and gave me an estimate (very reasonable). He told me they could be out in the morning to remove the trees. They showed up on time and OMG!! These guys are AMAZING PROFESSIONALS! I cannot believe that in a little over an hour they removed three queen palm trees that were two stories high. They didn't damage not one plant or anything around the trees (and there was a lot of huge plants and patio furniture, awning etc. so it was not easy). It was like MAGIC! They left my patio clean, they were friendly and again so professional! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any tree service. I am so thankful to Sal and his crew! I hired Premier Tree Experts, and they were able to come out and give me an estimate in a timely manner. Then, I followed up with services the next day. I am satisfied with the quality of work and customer service their employees had. I expressed my concern about a birds nest in the tree. The team understood my concerns and were able to save the birds nest. I definitely will hire them for future work when needed.

The crew at Premier Tree Experts are prompt, professional, and well qualified. They were polite and considerate. They were careful not to damage my landscape, cleaned up nicely after the job. I was very satisfied with their work and will definitely use their services again.

A crew of 5 guys Trimmed a large ficus and 20ft+ fiddle leaf fig and both were in tight spaces. They moved any plants below the trees that could be moved to avoid any damage and guided the trimmings down to the ground avoiding our fiberglass patio cover. When they were done the trees looked great.
They cleaned everything up and put the plants they had moved back to where they were.
Professional crew, and their prices were cheaper than any of the others that quoted the job.
Highly recommended!

Been using premier for 3 years. Always is prompt and provides professional service. In my mind no need to call any other for quotes. Highly recommended!!!

Totally unprofessional experience with Premier Tree Experts.

They gave me a quote through Yelp, but after that, all my follow-up messages were ignored. I had to call them directly to even try to schedule. I was told they’d “check the schedule and get back to me” — they never did.

I followed up again by phone the next day, and finally got a vague estimate: “sometime Friday afternoon.” I called at 2 PM Friday to confirm, and was told they’d arrive between 3:00 and 3:30 PM.

I waited until 4:30 PM. No one ever showed up. No calls. No texts. Nothing. I tried calling again, and they just stopped answering completely.

I wasted my entire afternoon waiting on a no-show, with zero communication or accountability.

With over 400 reviews and a 4.8-star rating on Yelp, I expected at least basic professionalism. Instead, I was completely ghosted after being given a specific time.

Good reviews don’t mean much when a company can’t even keep its word or respect your time. This was a total waste, and I would never recommend Premier Tree Experts to anyone who values reliability.

I paid them to remove a dead tree and fertilize 24 palm trees in the backyard. They took out the tree but didn’t fertilize anything. I called Sal and he said they would be out in the morning to do the fertilizing. But they never showed up. I called and left messages two more times in the following weeks, but he never returned my call. Finally, I filed a complaint with the state contractors board and suddenly he called. He gave me my money back for the job that was undone so for that, I am grateful. But overall, I wouldn’t hire these guys again. Reading other commenters posts it seems like they are just not good at communicating. If they would do better at responding to messages, that would be good. But as of now they don’t. Don’t hire these guys!

Sal gave me a quote while the same day he visited my home, it was to remove about 15 tree stumps, a few medium size trees and a large 60 foot pine tree. was able to get started later that week. would use them again.

I called the company and Sal got back to me in few hours, he gave a very reasonable price. I was very happy and impressed with the way he showed up with equipments/machineries and very professional workers, I added much more work because I liked their work. I was wondering how can this company gets all 5 stars now I see why.

The Premier crew just removed 2 giant (30ft and 25ft) Queen palms for me. By a wide margin,They offered the best price of the companies I called.

They scheduled me for about 2 business out, and arrived promptly on time, finishing within their predicted 1-2 hr. time frame.

Cleanup was awesome, as others have said. Trunk and fronds were removed, and ground-up root mulch was spread across the rest of the bed. The surrounding concrete surfaces were leaf-blown clean.

If you find Sal is not as quick or attentive to texts and calls as you were expecting, don't be deterred. Dude is a qualified, courteous professional all the way. 5/5

Update, job 3:
I had Premier out again to trim the trees on the patio and as usual his guys did a fantastic job and were on time and in the budget. You just can not go wrong with Sal and the boys.

Job #2 Premier has done work for me twice now, I won’t even bother getting quotes next time I need tree work done since they were the best priced and did pro work both times. You won’t go wrong using these guys. Sal is prompt, courteous and his crew spread the stump mulch in my planters for me so the trees spirit lives on here, which is good because my wife was having a hard time saying goodbye to our old tree. A* all around.

Premier came out to my house, got all their equipment ready, and went to work immediately. One worker in the tree (about 20 feet high), another on my roof, and another clearing the ground as the limbs fell. They were careful with our plants and obviously knew what they were doing. The finished job was great. The cleanup was perfect. I highly recommend them. Price was reasonable. This is the 3rd year I’ve used them and I will call them next year to trim before flowers and seed pods shower our cars and discolor our driveway. Excellent job!

During Santa Ana winds, a huge 55' tall pine tree fell onto my house! It severely damaged my roof and consumed my entire back yard. I called Sal and he was there that day to assess the project and had a crew on site the next morning at 630a. Swift service like that is hard to come by. The crew worked tirelessly for 9 hours removing the fallen tree part and the remaining standing trees. They cleaned up and hauled off all of the debris and swept my patio. This is the second time I have hired Premier Tree Experts and I appreciate this company so very much.
