This company is committed to excellence. Any complaint is immediately solved even after completion of installation. The owner, Andreas, is kind and friendly, and answers all questions patiently and professionally. The company is more expensive than others, though. But you get what you pay for.

My spouse and I have been using Mighty Ducts Heating and Cooling for several years now. They helped our old HVAC system stay operable until it's useful end of life at which time we purchased a new Bryant HVAC system from them including installation of all new mylar ducting system in attic, new Ecobee 3 smart thermostat and other accessories. The work they perform is of the highest quality and their entire team are some of the kindest and professional people you'll ever deal with in the trades.

Andreas designed an HVAC and air distribution system that suited our 35-year-old-home, lifestyle and budget. I found Mighty Ducts' team of installers very professional, conscientious, clean, thorough, and detailed. Office manager, Marie, even submitted the manufacturer's rebate and warranty paperwork for us. What a huge difference our new furnace has made. It is much quieter and energy efficient than the old furnace. Hubby and I are not feeling wintery cold in our home any more. Can't wait to reap the benefits of our new air conditioner this summer.

Had great experience getting new airconditioning put by Mighty Ducts couple of years ago. It was plesant experince. Project cost as quoted. Installers everyday were on time and cleaned up everything after themself. Couldnt be happier. Two years after system works great. Owners of the company super responsive and accomodating. They also provide great yearly service changing your filters and checking up your system ensuring it will last for long time.

The Mighty Ducts team did a fantastic job adding a new AC system to our house, which required us to redo the ducts in entire house. This was not an easy job. The result is a system that is very quiet and our electric bill is down at least 50% each month. Moreover, they are very prompt and professional with regular service. We've been using Mighty Ducts for a few years now. I will not use anyone else. They replaced our entire residential HVAC. At the time, our home was 20+ years old whereby we had two prior inadequate systems. The unit with Air-Flow modifications by Andre of Mighty Ducts has never worked better. Our home finally gets cool. And the best part, we use less electricity. Service and follow-up is superb.

We used Mighty Ducts for two new systems after ours were dying. The attention to detail and quality with this company is unlike anything i've seen in any industry. Julian and Andres set great expectations, the crew and team were polite and went OUT of their way to meet our needs and the cleaning on a daily basis candidly more than just the mess they made. My wife walked up one time as they had to move a couch to refit an duct and they were vacumming our home. We cannot be happier. The duct work and making our system more efficient was unreal. We had several bids and they were in line but the recommendations were so more accurate and right.

Mighty Ducts was a lifesaver for us. Our ac stopped working on the hottest weekend, but not until night time on Saturday which is when I called and left a message. I got a response from them first thing Sunday morning and Andreas was here by 11am and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Both the ‘first responder’ - Marie, and Andreas were professional and happily helped. He also entertained other questions we had about our ac that had nothing to do with the issue that day, and gave us a lot of information. Great service all around!

WOW! If I could give Andreas and his team 10 stars, I would! Why? Andreas came out to our home, explained in detail the bandwidth issues with our current duct work to equipment ratio. It made perfect sense- Andreas is a true professional, as he advised on the issue, answered all our detailed questions, put the quote together and finally delivered.

With my OLD duct work, it took nearly 2 HOURS to heat my home an additional 5 degrees- the NEW duct work, it takes 10 MINUTES to heat my home 5 degrees warmer!

Andreas and his team were prompt, delivered what they said would be delivered, and were very clean...and friendly!

I would recommend Andreas and his team all day long, everyday, over and over- in the long run, I will be saving money as it will not take HOURS to heat my home...it will take MINUTES!

I am truly amazed, and appreciative that we found this company! Our neighbor recommended Mighty Ducts (the best kind of reference IMHO), and we are so happy! :)
