Amazing company all the way around! Our a/c broker right at the beginning of summer, so we called another company to have them take a look and prepare a bid. The amount came in high, so we called 2 other companies to get some alternative options. The other 2 options were both lower and pretty close in price, so we chose Mighty Ducts out of the two because of the transparency and knowledge of their technicians. When their team sent someone out to look at our home, they didn't try to upsell us on anything, and put together a realistic solution for our home, and they were extremely knowledgeable about the entire process in order to explain the scope of work that needed to be done. During the installation, their staff was on-time and performed the work quickly and carefully. Through the entire process, everyone was easy to reach and quick to respond to any and all of our questions. 10/10 will go back for future service needs and would highly recommend them to anyone in the orange area.

We hired Andreas, Marie and their installation team to install a new 3 zone Lennox HVAC system with new ducting as well. We could not be more pleased with their work, especially their professionalism. The job took 5 days to complete and they even provided us with two portable AC units to keep us comfortable while they installed the new equipment. They delivered on everything they promised and actually delivered more than we expected. I absolutely recommend Mighty Ducts - give them a shot, you will not regret it and I guarantee you will be impressed. BTW, I would also like to acknowledge the installation team - Matt, Julian, Sergio and Ryan - they were all great guys that were very respectful of our home not to mention they all were very personable. We have been using Mighty Ducts for the last eight years. This is a family owned business. Andreas and Julien are prompt, considerate, highly skilled and unfailingly honest. We trust them so much, we had them do a major repair in our home while we were on vacation. In hot weather they do get very busy, so please be patient for your call back, but it is worth a short wait.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of companies anymore that place service and customer satisfaction above profit. Mighty Ducts is an exception! They were referred to us by another satisfied customer.
Although they were not the cheapest bidder, we're really glad we went with them. The quality of their equipment, cleanliness of the installation and their great after installation service is super. I highly recommend this company. It's run by a tight nit family who know what they're doing.

I was very pleased with Mighty Ducts. We decided to replace our HVAC system which was almost 30 years old. I had met Andreas about 3 years ago in the Home Depot parking lot where he gave me a card since I was considering replacing our ductwork. I kept an eye on their reviews and we finally decided to pull the plug to replace the whole system. Andreas was thorough in evaluating our system and providing details/recommendations to improve our system. The quote was higher than I had hoped, but the cost of all construction material is way higher than it was a year ago. Their staff kept us in the loop as the installation day approached and their team arrived on time for our 2-day project. Their crew was thorough and the journeymen were some of the hardest working people I've seen. As a supervisor, I would love to have such motivated people. I can't speak highly enough about their attention to detail. They modified a couple of the tasks while installing the new system which they had not anticipated. but still made the adjustments to the project even though they didn't have to do the extra work. The entire crew was great and Matt was a great Project Manager. Marie kept us in the loop the whole time and was very patient with all my calls. We had this work completed in late May 2021 and the installed AC actually developed a problem after a few weeks. Andreas came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, and completed all the warranty paperwork to replace the AC unit ... which has been working well since being replaced. I highly recommend this company and thanks to Mighty Ducts / Haven for keeping us cool this summer and for many years to come!

This company ABLE AIR was hired by our Homeowners Warranty. They came out 3 different time to repair our heater. Each time they replaced something else and tried to sell us a complete HVAC system.. They fixed nothing yet billed warranty company $1200.oo dollars.. Now they are threatening us with legal affairs of a contract between ABLE AIR and warranty company.. DO not use this company they are dishonest and incompetent.
