We love Rooter Hero Plumbing! They always come in same day or same week for us regardless of the season. They're always RELIABLE, punctual, professional, and above all other companies we've worked with. From severe sewer line issues to the typical drainage issues, they've helped us with all of it in LA and OC.

Great experience. My hot water heater was replaced within 24 hours of my contacting Rescue Rooter. Tom came to my house in the morning to see what I needed and Eric arrived early afternoon to install the new unit. All was done by dinner time.

I am giving Rescue Rooter 5 stars because of Eric Diaz. I contacted RR through Lowe’s for a water heater. Eric gave us 2 options after seeing pictures of our current setup. I was going to go with a lower cost option through Home Depot. Eric was very helpful to point out considerations that could increase the base price from the other bid. RR offered a fixed price and Eric worked on his day off to provide me with a fair price and answer my questions. He came the next day to install the water heater. He did a very nice job. I appreciated the professionalism and genuine desire to get our business. Hopefully we can now make it through the permit process without issues from the city.

I love that this is a company that operates with integrity. I wanted leak detection services.

Eric checked one of the areas I was concerned about thoroughly and assured me what I was hearing was nothing but the condensation from the heat dripping back down the pipe. The other area he checked, where no leaks were detected, he made another suggestion. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and eager to resolve my issues.

Eric was very friendly and professional. He is a very knowledgeable plumber. I like that he spoke Spanish and was able to explain the process to my parents in Spanish. Before he began Installing the water heater, he explained the whole process and after he was done, he explained to us how to maintain the water heater. He also let us know that if we have any questions or concerns to don’t hesitate to reach out to them.

Leon was sent to my house to check a plumbing issue. He was very professional and arrived on time and exactly by the time the call center promised me. I explained the problem to Leon and he listened carefully and came up with a great solution that quickly addressed the issue. He tested a few other spots of our plumbing and assured us they are ok. We are quite happy with Leon and as we plan for the repairs suggested by Leon we look forward to considering them to complete the project for us.

Our plumber was very Efficient, personable and thorough in his explanation of what was going to be done. Hiring a plumber can be scary process but he made us feel reassured throughout the process by explaining things in detail and being friendly (bedside manner). We would definitely come back if service is needed in the future.

Leon from Rescue Rooter came over and was very professional, friendly, and finished the job quickly. He showed me things that could use some attention without pushing and upsell me. They honored the deal I saw online without issue.

Overall I was extremely impressed with the service and highly recommend.

Had an issue pop up with the toilet in a single bathroom apartment. It’s a bit older and the plumbing is touchy. I googled for help and found Rescue Rooter. I sent my very basic info and a customer service rep called me immediately, asked for additional info, and put a call out to techs in my area. She called me back within 30 min to tell me the name of the tech, the service time window, and ask if I had any questions. The tech arrived in a timely manner, did a free assessment, tried one fix that failed, and told me the next steps. Since the fix had failed I was not charged and received assistance in what to next after getting definitive answers. Highly recommend. Luis was my plumber and very helpful! And I forget the name of the customer service person, I believe it is Donna thought, but she was great as well.

Eric Flores was great. He called me down when I was out of control at initial visit. He told me exactly what he was gonna do and followed through. He answered all of my calls and emails. Very good job. I would recommend him highly.

Mario was friendly, patient, and communicative! I am so glad we got the problem fixed so seamlessly. In terms of pricing, we got lucky on a promo deal but having a free estimate available is a big bonus if you're comparing estimates. Highly recommend :)

Service Hero Plumbing and Air installed a new water heater at my home which has a very compact floorplan compared with homes built today. It proved to be very difficult to remove the old tank without harming the closet woodwork around it. However the installer, Eric Flores, figured out a way to extract it without any damage to the woodwork. He was persistent in analyzing how to solve that problem, and his work ethic deserves praise.

Did a rebuild on a Delta 600 shower water valve that wouldn’t shut off. This happened July 3 and I was still able to get them to come over and work on it July 4th. Kudos to the dispatch team that coordinated it all thru the Holiday and made it happen.

Excellent service by Antonio of Service Hero Plumbing. He discovered the source of both leaks and was able to quickly fix them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him & Service Hero!

Great experience discussing my water heater issues with Tom. He was very knowledgable about what his company can provide and very honest about the assessments and pricing. It was easy to go with his company after our initial discussions.
Eric did a great job installing the water heater and cleaning up afterward. We were up and running in about 3 hours even after having to swap out the new water heater when the 1st did not fit. They also took care of the vent pipe touching the roof after i relayed what the gas company had mentioned. Very happy with the work they did.

I give it two stars for the price. $800 cash for a tankless water heater is a great price. That’s for the install too. Rheem Performance Platinum has worked ok but my plumber friend looked at it and said it’s done all wrong. I asked him because of the leaking. *see in photos. Randy Lewis worked hard on it but I don’t think it is up to the standards of your company.

They got right on it, gave me a time frame for their arrival and kept me updated. Then the nicest guy -Ed- showed up and handled not only the plumbing problem but dealt with the management in a professional way, and alleviated so much stress! I am impressed. They did what they said they would do, kept appointments and were totally professional in workmanship, attitude and manners. I first dealt with Luis who fully explained the various options and potential configurations. I decided the best thing to do was to replace the entire Heat Pump unit and air exchanger. There was no sales pressure at all; I knew the units were old, the coolant had been banded since 2010 and was gone, and to me it was not worth making attempts to repair. This was going to be a difficult job as the 4 ton unit was coming off the roof of our 4 storey condo, the new unit had to be installed there, with the balance of equipment to be installed on the third floor. The 2 installers (one was Michael) arrived the day they were scheduled and started in. Once they were there it was discovered there was a problem with the size of the air exchanger ordered that was going in the house; it was slightly too big, so they arranged to get the smaller dimension unit delivered that day. They worked on this project from 11:20am until 10:50pm to make sure everything was right with the instal that day. They didn't quit at 5pm, nor 6pm, instead they asked it they could continue working which was fine by me. Who ever heard of installers working that late to make sure you are satisfied and the physical instal is completed? The next day Louis returned in the morning to finalize the electrical wiring, and testing. Meanwhile I had already been called by the company to set and appointment for the state inspector to come a few days later. The quote was a little higher than another I had, but it was well worth it; you get what you pay for. Professional all the way meeting my requirements, everything beautify cleaned up by them, and they were very conscientious and respectful of our home. Great job, I'm very pleased
