Brett and Rick were very professional and did a thorough job of looking at our attic and pointing out all the ways we could remediate and make sure it's safe for my family. Attic Projects recently completed comprehensive (1) attic cleaning (2) disinfecting (3) rodent prevention foaming and wiring throughout structure premises, and (4) insulation installation in our 2-attic, split level home. From the initial quote inspection through to completion; their customer service and professionalism, service delivery care, quality control measures, teamwork, payment process, and client communication with their project lead and administrative staff was seamless and attentive. I give a shout out of thanks and gratitude to each member of their team for providing Attic Projects excellence. Our warranty is also fabulous. I highly recommend Attic Projects; my profession is in public health, and their workers also wore important protective gear and cared about one another's safety throughout the work. The price was in our budget, and seems reflective of their equipment, materials, labor, safety, and project implementation costs. I'm overjoyed to have worked with them.

When I had attic projects come out to inspect it and provide a quote, Brian, the inspector, did an excellent job explaining the process and was very easy to communicate with. Great company. I needed attic access in my garage with flooring for storage. Eben came out and gave me an estimate on the spot. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Recommended the best steel pull-down piston hinge ladder which I took for stability. Jakob and Noel showed up on time and couldn’t have been more polite and friendly. They were professional, paid attention to detail and completed the job in one day. I highly recommend this company.

Vincent Lee showed himself to be highly professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He is a credit to his employer. The two teams most effectively led by Jacob Jonsonn and by Jesus Rosas worked very hard. They exhibited great attitudes and from what we could observe did excellent work. It was refreshing to see these young men so motivated to serve the needs of the customer exhibiting courtesy and a desire to please while performing tasks that on their face were not for the faint of heart.

Vincent came to inspect my attic to see whether it was suitable for storage space. He gave me an honest assessment and told me it wouldn’t be possible without redoing a lot of things and making a huge project out of it, which I didn’t want. I appreciated his candor and friendliness. We couldn’t do business today, but will definitely keep this company in mind for other future needs.

I had a great experience getting a quote from Eli. He was friendly, professional, on time, thorough, and efficient. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the rodent issue in our attic and even put on his coveralls and got into our crawlspace to get a full diagnosis. He gave me a really helpful overview in person and sent a thorough follow-up report with a detailed quote and photos that helped us conceptualize the potential project and understand what we could expect. We decided to go a different direction for the moment in part due to cost and timing (other construction on the house), but I would not hesitate to recommend or contact Eli for any future work we might need.

Ricky came over today to do an attic inspection and I am very happy with his service! He took a ton of photos to and I was able to get a great layout of my attic and problem areas. He explained the problem and what his team would be able to do to fix it. He was able to answer all my questions and was very easy to work with. Will update again once work is finished.

Hello! I heard some scratching around in my attic, so I called Attic Projects OC. Initially Philip reached out promptly to setup the inspection, and I was greeted by Vincent Lee soon after. He was a consummate professional, with the proper equipment and shoe booties to protect my floor. He did the inspection professionally, and even pointed out a few other things that the original home inspector missed. I'm now set for the repair! So far so good, thanks Vincent! I had the pleasure of working with Vincent from Attic Projects for an attic ( and crawl space) inspection, and I can’t recommend enough. He was punctual, prepared, and extremely knowledgeable, arriving with all the proper equipment, a respirator mask, and boot covers before entering my home.

He took the time to sit down with me, go over every detail item by item, and clearly explain the costs and scope of work. More importantly, he was empathetic and genuinely cared about helping me understand my situation and what steps I could take to make my home safe and habitable.

I’ve had four different companies come out to inspect, and Attic Projects is the only one offering a 10-year warranty on their work. That alone speaks volumes about their confidence and quality.

From the minute Brandon stepped into my house, to the moment he followed up to let me know the team was finished, I.knew I had chosen the PERFECT company for my attic cleanup and re-insulating. First, he removed a dead bird I had seen up there as a favor, and when his inspection was completed, he explained everything they would do to make my attic space efficient again. Jack Sheehan and Manuel de la Cruz were on site on time and got right to work. Throughout the day, I checked in on them (through my Google Nest doorbell camera), and they couldn't have been nicer about it, letting me know where they were in the process and how much longer it would be. Before Attic Projects, I was VERY unhappy with the condition of my attic, but now, my wife and I LOVE IT! The changes they made Will help us save money on our cooling costs during in the summer, and heating costs during the winter. As an Operations Manager, I deal with vendors all time for my organization, and this is one of THE BEST I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Don at Attic Projects is amazing! He inspected our attic thoroughly and explained all his concerns in detail. He didn't try to get us to do extra work we didn't need, and was honest and easy to talk with. He even got them to start the work earlier than the original date we were given. Project Manager Brian came to my house and heard my concerns about moisture in my crawlspace, along with the need to remove insulation and rat proof. He shared a detailed description of how his crew will address my problems and provided a quote that I consider reasonable in SoCal.

Work still needs to be done but I feel good knowing that Brian is knowledgable, responsive and available.

Can’t beat the 10 year warranty. Vince Lee, the Project Manager, was the first person I worked with from the company. He guided me through all of the prospective steps. He made me feel at ease with the procedure and also made suggestions of what I could do around my house to prevent rodents from getting into my attic. He gave me the assurance that he would help with any questions that I had about what was going on with the project. He is very amiable. I appreciate that.The entire crew is courteous, patient and knowledgeable. They took care to protect my home while removing and installing insulation .

After the rainy holidays, we noticed a moisture problem coming from our crawl space. We called Attic Projects and set up an appointment for the very next day. Vince arrived right on time, in a clearly labeled company vehicle, and in uniform. He put on personal protection gear, climbed into our tight crawl space, shot video with instruments, and showed us precisely where our problem areas were. He worked up a solution, showed us what needed to be done, and presented his bid to complete the proposal. We accepted and scheduled the work to start in less than a week. I will follow up with an amended review after the job is completed. So far, this is 5-star service. I contacted Attic Projects regarding my attic and furnace. My main concern was that I had a faulty pilot light and soon came to discover that my furnace was very old and not functioning properly anymore. Eben and Rick from Attic Projects came to my home and provided me a very thorough inspection. Although the attic and furnace replacement job isn’t scheduled till next week, I was very pleased with the attention to detail, the time, and the patience that Eben provided me along with the education that informed me that I had made the right decision to go forward with attic projects.

We had an awesome experience with this company. We had originally planned on getting 3 estimates however Eben did such a great job that we went no further and hired them on the spot. Eben's inspection was very thorough, backed up with many photos. The step by step manner in which he created the very inclusive estimate gave us confidence that there was nothing being added that was not essential. The workers were very professional and respectful of us and our property. More photos were provided as the work progressed. Jakob came up with some creative solutions to some issues and was very responsive when our furnace did not come on after their first work day. Although late on Friday when we discovered, he returned and fixed the problem. Their professionalism was much appreciated and their warranty was also a plus.

Had a crawlspace inspection competed by Don Abadie and he was super helpful throughout the whole process! Not only did he take the time to explain his findings, he also added helpful tips for the future. We scheduled the work the same day! He was great!
