I should have had the attic install done in the winter time. Having them install attic insulation for 4 hours (with a faulty machine) in a 130 degree attic in a San Fernando Valley summer was not a great idea. It feels like they gave up at the end (ie the vertical insulation is already falling down because they did not have the right length fiberglass and instead blew cellulose on top of it). We paid them a lot of money, and they measured our attic and had access to our attic 3 times before the insulation install. It seemed weird for them to run out of materials. I hope they will honor their warranty. Will update soon.

I wish they would have installed a 3.0 Quiet Cool Fan rather than the 2.0 Quiet Cool Attic Gable Fan. That would have been better in our extremely hot climate.

Brian R. and Don came out for a free inspection of our attic and crawlspace, and the experience was honestly great from start to finish. They took the time to point out what might need attention down the road, while also calling out what the previous homeowners had done right—which we really appreciated.

They were incredibly informative, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions. At no point did it feel like a sales pitch; it genuinely felt like they were there to help us understand our home better and make informed decisions.

On top of all that, we shared a few good laughs along the way. Knowledgeable, honest, and personable—Brian and Don are great guys, and we’d absolutely recommend them.

After getting a few different estimates, we decided to move forward with attic projects for our attic renovation. Eben was our project manager and he gave us a very detailed and thorough inspection. He was kind, patient, and highly informative. I learned more about my attic than I ever knew before. He really knew his stuff and brought up details about our attic that the other companies completely missed. They were priced a little higher than our other bids but now that the job is finished we understand why.

Jacob was our crew leader. His attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. The entire crew worked so hard! We were a little nervous to be honest but he kept us informed throughout the entire project, showed us photos of the progress and left our house perfectly clean everyday.

I am so glad we hired attic projects for our attic job. We are now more efficient, have better air quality, and the most important part, we are rat free with a 10 year warranty!!! The 10 year warranty with no strings attached is what really convinced us. I would highly recommend attic projects!!

The Attic Projects team did an attic clean up, rodent proofing, air sealing ( to house) and insulation in 2022. They have a 10 year warranty vs rodents.

In 2025 After hearing rat activity in the attic I went up and saw evidence of rat burrows and many droppings. Their team came out without within a few days, confirmed the recurrence, sealed up a few potential points of entry and set more traps.

After continuing the catch multiple rats over extended period of time it was determined the best course of action was to remove the blown in insulation and search for all points of entry and seal those up.

While no company wants to redo a job they handled it very professionally. Simply, its covered under our warranty and we will take care of it. They sent out a team removed all insulation, came back multiple times over a few weeks sealing up potential points of entry. After no more rats were caught for 2 weeks we schedule the insulation installation.

The team arrived exactly at 8am, took measures to minimize contamination to the house (i.e plastic barriers), very professional and thorough.

They did not solicit this review. I highly recommend this team. Peace of mind that they guarantee their work and you are dealing with professionals. I have recommended them to my neighbors and others.

I recently realized I had a rat problem right before Christmas and ended up called Attic Projects for an inspection. Vincent from Attic Projects come out to do a complimentary inspection which was very thorough and detailed. He was professional, patient and friendly. He answered all my questions and treated me like family. My problem turned out to be much bigger than I had anticipated so it was important for me to remedy the issue quickly. Vincent went above and beyond to work with me on pricing and scheduling. We were able to schedule the first phase of my project (clean up) the day before Christmas Eve which both pleased and surprised me that Attic Projects could accommodate. Our first crew arrived promptly and worked all day to make sure everything was done. The crew lead, Cliff, and his team were professional, friendly and again, went above and beyond to help me with a kitchen sink issue I had that was not even included in their scope. We had an another gentleman come by to do the QAQC and another crew for the install and completion. Everyone that came to work at my house was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Some items were missed/not up to my standards and each time I contacted anyone from Attic Projects they addressed my questions/issues promptly, thoroughly and with so much care. I really appreciate the customer service, the prompt scheduling and completion of my project and how responsive they are as individuals and as a company. Overall I'm very happy with the service, customer service and specially the 10 year warranty Attic Projects has provided me. I can finally sleep in my house again without being freaked out about rats. Thank you, Attic Projects. Keep up the great work.

ABOVE and BEYOND doesn’t adequately describe these guys. There are 3 teams that come to your home - initial inspection and recommendations, cleanup, and lastly the install team.

All 3 teams knew what they were doing, and cared that the job was done correctly. They answered all of my questions, and I was happy to pay for the services they provided in my attic - replaced all my ductwork, rodent-proofed it, replaced all the insulation, air-sealed it, and added storage space. Should have done it sooner, and very glad I hired Attic Projects to get the job done.

There is a 10 year warranty on their work, and I have no doubt if I needed to call them they’d be out here ASAP to make it right, but that won’t be necessary because they did such a great job. I could not be happier with the results. Shoutout to Brian, Don, and Freddie - thank you guys for all your help. I have already recommended Attic Projects to several friends, and will continue to do so.

In short, and if you’re still reading this review - hire these people. They know what they are doing and will treat you well. I wish I had another attic so I could hire them again!

Based on the inspection, and the transparency Vincent Lee has provided, along with his willingness to work with whatever is needed to mitigate the rodent issues from my house, Vincent has been very professional throughout the process. He offers clients flexible payment options and can structure projects in phases, which makes things much more manageable. Their team is capable of handling both cosmetic improvements as well as the more detailed, nitty-gritty repairs and fixes. I’m so glad I called Attic Projects! Ricky came out for the estimate and was very thorough. He spent a lot of time assessing the attic and taking videos and photos to show me. I had just replaced my roof and there was a ton of debris left behind, plus lots of dust coming through the heating vents causing breathing issues. I signed up for the service immediately and they literally started a couple days later. In addition to the cleaning, I had to have new insulation installed because mine was trashed. David and Oscar came to do the cleaning and replacement of insulation. They explained everything and did a fantastic job prepping my home for this project. It was a lot of work and took almost a full day. The guys were very respectful of my home and me and were pleasant to deal with. The quote I got was very reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done and I’m very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Attic Projects!

Chris came out and treated my new Persian rug and I went ahead and had him clean and treat the custom cushion and pillows in my bay window. After that we headed down the street to my parents to get estimates for mom's rugs and upholstery. The work that was done was impeccable - my bay window frequented by kids and a large dog looks brand new. The estimates and options given where up front and honest. Chris is obviously a man of integrity. They arrived on time, took their time and did excellent work. I highly recommend them for all your fine rugs and upholstery!
