Tom and Eric responded quickly to a water leak from a pipe in the wall and my water heater. They are very knowledgeable and highly skilled at resolving these issues. They put in a new water heater and repaired the leaking pipe same day. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

We went through Lowe's to replace our water heater and they put me in contact with Greenstar to complete the job. Greenstar responded immediately and sent out Victor the same day for an estimate. He is extremely professional and courteous and competed the install the next day. . Great customer service and a job well done!

I’ve used this company twice now. Once for a sewer pipe lining and now for a hot water heater replacement. Both times they were on time and incredibly professional. Before they did any changes they consulted with me and made sure I was happy with the change. I really appreciated this level of customer satisfaction. While not always the cheapest they were more than happy for me to get other bids. What made me pick them time after time was following up with permits and making sure the work was done right without cutting corners.

I'm giving 5 stars for their response time and overall customer service only. The folks on the phone are courteous and polite. As was the technician who was also prompt and professional. I didn't use their services as their price is outrageous! It was a simple garbage disposal swamp. Same model, size, etc. No additional hook ups, changing/moving of pipes, p trap, wires, hoses. I provided the Insinkerator 15SS 3/4 HP, with cord, that he would connect. He wanted $589.00 dollars. Then they wanted to negotiate, like buying a car at a dealership. Finally price they offered was $350.00. I understand trying to turn a profit, however price gouging is unacceptable. Ultimately went with a company who charged $150.00. A reasonable and fair price for a less than 1 hour job. It took the technician 45 minutes.

Antonio was so knowledgeable about how to fix our plumbing problem that was pretty stressful. He took his time and was very detailed and thorough. In general, we had a very positive experience with Antonio and Rescue Rooter!

Tom gave us a reasonable price for all the work they were required to do for the permit plus a few extras I wanted done to our old system.
The technicians Eric and Ricco? (Sorry I already forget) were very helpful and did a lot of work for us. Unfortunately there were a few complications and some miscommunication as to what tank should have been installed. Other than that the work seemed first rate.

It had been a month of plumbing problems at our Triplex in San Clemente. Just after the roots were jetted out of the sewer line a water heater went out. After 16 years it was time to replace all 3. Went to Lowe’s to get their special financing and Rescue Rooter came out the next day to replace them. Tom was very friendly and straight forward with the pricing, came out and removed them, while Eric installed the new ones and explained the upgrades. I appreciate the hard work they did! Fast and efficient duo. All work with permits and a 6 year warranty. I recommend Lowe’s and Rescue Rooter!

Great experience. My hot water heater was replaced within 24 hours of my contacting Rescue Rooter. Tom came to my house in the morning to see what I needed and Eric arrived early afternoon to install the new unit. All was done by dinner time.

I am giving Rescue Rooter 5 stars because of Eric Diaz. I contacted RR through Lowe’s for a water heater. Eric gave us 2 options after seeing pictures of our current setup. I was going to go with a lower cost option through Home Depot. Eric was very helpful to point out considerations that could increase the base price from the other bid. RR offered a fixed price and Eric worked on his day off to provide me with a fair price and answer my questions. He came the next day to install the water heater. He did a very nice job. I appreciated the professionalism and genuine desire to get our business. Hopefully we can now make it through the permit process without issues from the city.

I love that this is a company that operates with integrity. I wanted leak detection services.

Eric checked one of the areas I was concerned about thoroughly and assured me what I was hearing was nothing but the condensation from the heat dripping back down the pipe. The other area he checked, where no leaks were detected, he made another suggestion. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and eager to resolve my issues.

Eric was very friendly and professional. He is a very knowledgeable plumber. I like that he spoke Spanish and was able to explain the process to my parents in Spanish. Before he began Installing the water heater, he explained the whole process and after he was done, he explained to us how to maintain the water heater. He also let us know that if we have any questions or concerns to don’t hesitate to reach out to them.

Leon was sent to my house to check a plumbing issue. He was very professional and arrived on time and exactly by the time the call center promised me. I explained the problem to Leon and he listened carefully and came up with a great solution that quickly addressed the issue. He tested a few other spots of our plumbing and assured us they are ok. We are quite happy with Leon and as we plan for the repairs suggested by Leon we look forward to considering them to complete the project for us.

Our plumber was very Efficient, personable and thorough in his explanation of what was going to be done. Hiring a plumber can be scary process but he made us feel reassured throughout the process by explaining things in detail and being friendly (bedside manner). We would definitely come back if service is needed in the future.

Leon from Rescue Rooter came over and was very professional, friendly, and finished the job quickly. He showed me things that could use some attention without pushing and upsell me. They honored the deal I saw online without issue.

Overall I was extremely impressed with the service and highly recommend.

Had an issue pop up with the toilet in a single bathroom apartment. It’s a bit older and the plumbing is touchy. I googled for help and found Rescue Rooter. I sent my very basic info and a customer service rep called me immediately, asked for additional info, and put a call out to techs in my area. She called me back within 30 min to tell me the name of the tech, the service time window, and ask if I had any questions. The tech arrived in a timely manner, did a free assessment, tried one fix that failed, and told me the next steps. Since the fix had failed I was not charged and received assistance in what to next after getting definitive answers. Highly recommend. Luis was my plumber and very helpful! And I forget the name of the customer service person, I believe it is Donna thought, but she was great as well.

Mario was friendly, patient, and communicative! I am so glad we got the problem fixed so seamlessly. In terms of pricing, we got lucky on a promo deal but having a free estimate available is a big bonus if you're comparing estimates. Highly recommend :)

Service Hero Plumbing and Air installed a new water heater at my home which has a very compact floorplan compared with homes built today. It proved to be very difficult to remove the old tank without harming the closet woodwork around it. However the installer, Eric Flores, figured out a way to extract it without any damage to the woodwork. He was persistent in analyzing how to solve that problem, and his work ethic deserves praise.
