I recently hired Hooter Hero for some plumbing issues at the Balboa Island Post Office They sent their technician Richardo Montiel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs.

The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. He even took the time to clean up after himself, which I really appreciated. Not only did he fix the issue, but he also offered valuable tips for maintaining the offices plumbing in the future.

I highly recommend Hooter Hero to anyone in need of plumbing services. Exceptional work and a fantastic attitude.

Our AC finally died beyond the point of repairs.
Rand Aire was able to get us scheduled for a complete replacement of our AC system within a week! The replacement took one day and went without a problem. Everything thing was installed to code, and looks fantastic.

Rand Aire came highly recommended from a friend, and they exceeded all expectations! James and Gerardo installed a new A/C unit and replaced our furnace, which was very old. They were professional and friendly (and funny!) and kept us updated throughout the entire process. We set the thermostat to 68 degrees and our teeth were chattering - the unit is amazing! Randy came over my daughters condo to provide us with a written estimate. We had the estimate the next day. I signed it, and he sent his crew out as soon as the parts were in. This was a retrofit from a 1965 system. The entire system was removed, and new ducts diffusers were installed without any mess. the crew was very fast and neat. I would recommend Rand Aire to anyone in Southern California.

Rand Aire Mechnical is a super good company, very considered, friendly, respect for the property and above all super fast. Our 48 year old furnace died on us, it was a piece of antique and so was the AC. Called the company Randy came out and had a look at it, told me straight up, it needed to be replaced. The estimate came the same evening, thought about it a couple of days and decided to go for it. Best thing I did sofar in this old house. One and a half day and the job was done. No more worries for a long time. Thank you Randy and your crew for being so nice and effective, I am a very happy customer.
I would advise anybody who has trouble with their heating or AC.

Absolute professional! I installed a swinging door at a spa business I own to separate the front desk from the treatment rooms. Door came out great but all of a sudden, the back of the spa was warm! I knew who to call as I've used Randy in the past. He's always been very professional, done great work and fair priced. He sent James and Gerardo to check it out and do the install of a dual zone damper system so air would stay balanced throughout. Really nice guys, super clean work and the system works great. After gathering bids and meeting a variety of sales people from several companies, I chose Rand Aire. I was not disappointed! The crew was professional, courteous and efficient. My AC went out in the middle of an October heatwave. They had demo and installation accomplished within 24 hours, so I could sleep comfortably in my home! I would definitely recommend Rand Air. The owner, Randy, came out to our house and gave me quote. He gave me a competitive price, therefore I scheduled a time for installation of a new AC and Heater as well as new ducting. Our old one was on the roof and I wanted the new one to be installed in the attic.. The crew that came out was very professional and conscientious.
