I was disappointed with the diagnostics performed on our AC unit. The technician told me that unit needed a new fan and motor and luckily he had the parts. When I agreed to the1500 dollar repair. The tech went up to make the repair. 2hrs later he tells me to turn on the AC and its not blowing cold. He goes back up to roof and does a pressure test for the refrigerant. The ac unit had little to none. And unfortunately the unit is so old its 500 dollars a pound to fill and it takes more than 10lbs. It wouldn't have signed off on the repair. Instead I am now in a 1500 dollar loan that I financed for the repair. Extremely disappointed.

Awesome experience! Very professional, kind, informative and thorough. Our first time with them. Will definitely reach in future for any AC, heating or plumbing needs :) It’s a great feeling to feel relaxed not pressured or surprised.

Shane did through AC check a recommended we replace the filter and compressor start up module, which he did. He throughly explained the reasons showing good technical knowledge on how the AC system works.he worked hard to complete his work and kept me up to date in his progress by communicating in a respectful manner. He is young and could use a little more training to “ leave no trace”. By this I mean the ceiling panel he moved to access the attic was placed on a dirty area in the attic and the panel picked up dirt, bits of insulation and dirty fingerprints that was not cleaned when he replaced the panel, see photo. Other than that he is a good representative of the professionalism that We Care is noted for. Steven and June Dobbs

Plumbing for several years and they have always been very friendly, honest and helpful. Jake came to do our maintenance on our heater/air conditioner and he was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about the service he provided and the degree of professionalism he exhibited. He's an excellent representation of We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air.

We found the company at a Costco kiosk. William was professional, on time, and friendly. Respectful of our home, he wore shoe covers. We made an appointment for a tune-up ($24) and learned that we needed to add freon. We weren't ready to pay for the refill, and he did not make us feel pressured to do so. Great service!

I’m not one to post a negative review unless deservingly so, but i feel like I’ve been getting the runaround since day 1. Jill at Costco said they would call me next day to schedule a tuneup, never happened until 3 days later. I was told every time that someone would call before they came out to my house, again, never happened. Once the hvac was installed there wasn’t a complete job done so another guy had to come out. Final inspection happened and it failed, turns out whoever installed it did it wrong. This was told me by a we care employee that had to come out and fix the issue. Now i am waiting for a resolution because i was told that we care would contact me about scheduling a final inspection again. It’s nice that you guys have a history of doing this business, but the lack of follow through on each step is alarming.

Jacob was my We Care technician providing the maintenance on my furnace. Jacob is incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. He was pleasant and very easy to talk to. He made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was happy with the service provided. I loved that he sent me a way to track his arrival time! We Care has consistently provided us with excellent service.

Alfred was attentive, respectful, thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. Went above and beyond with the service provided to heating system.

I've had installations and repairs done through We Care on several occasions. Jacob, system maintenance tech, was very professional and did an excellent job explaining what the maintenance check entailed. He was thorough in his assessment and cleaning efforts. There was no pressure to do further (unnecessary) work or any upselling on the part of the tech. Scheduled through Costco.

I had We Care come out to give me an estimate for a whole-house dehumidifier, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

First, they didn’t provide any kind of reasonable arrival window—just told me they’d show up sometime that day, so I had to block out my entire schedule and wait around. The tech finally arrived at 1:05 PM and stayed until 2:19 PM, taking measurements and photos of everything.

After all that, I received an “estimate” that was literally just a single number. No itemized breakdown, no scope of work, no explanation—just one lump sum. I called to get clarity, and they told me someone would follow up in a few days. When the follow-up call finally came, I was told they’d need to come back out to give me a real estimate, because the number they sent was only for the unit itself.

Apparently, the installation and everything else they’d have to do—despite having already spent over an hour onsite—couldn’t be estimated without a second visit. At that point, it all started to feel like a disorganized operation.

Needless to say, I declined their offer. Would not recommend We Care—not professional, not transparent, and certainly not respectful of your time.

Ed was very friendly to give us the in-home consultation. Dunia was nice helping us with the paper work. Javier and Raul did a great job installing our new system. They work fast and effectively. Overall we are very happy and satisfied with the service they provided. Thank you We Care!

Christian Allan was incredible! He was very thorough. He communicated his time of arrival, was very efficient and really demonstrated the true value of name of the company name. It was a true testament. It shows he really does care and represents the company to the tee! I would recommend him and we care anytime!

I’ve been with this company for the last 10 years. it seems as though their customer service has taken a toll ever since they added so many services. Our recent appointment tech was scheduled to arrive 8-12 and didn’t show up till 12. I called and inquired around 1030 they said they were going to call and of course never did. Tech was nice and polite. I needed a new filter, tech said he didn’t have my size and it would take a few days to come back and install. My last tech drove to the warehouse same day and picked our part no problem. When I call, someone use to pick up right away. Now, you have to go through a menu option before you can speak with someone. The people are nice and courteous but overall my expectations have declined significantly.

We had a great experience with We Care tech Christian Allan today! He was professional and thorough, gave us better understanding of what was needed to be done and he did a good job with our AC 👍🏻 He was flexible to our time availability since we work nights and he accommodated our request. He updated us of his ETA as well, so we know he will be showing up. Would like to have him service us again for maintenance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
