Molly maid has been cleaning our house for about 5 months now and we requested the same ladies for they do an excellent job. We are very pleased with their service. I recommend using them for your house cleaning service.

I used Molly Maid for several years in southern California, they were one of the first services I called when I moved to the Sacramento area. Team 4 with Mariana and Monica is currently doing my house, always prompt and efficient. I have a long haired cat that sheds year round and the do a great job of cleaning up after him and with the rest of the house too.

Molly Maids have been around in my life almost my entire life. My great grandparents utilized Molly Maids and when it came time for us to need a house cleaning, we knew Molly Maids would not dissapoint. And surely they didn't. I LOVE Team 2 with Alyssa!!! Alyssa and her team of Molly Maids have seriously supported our household with reducing stress and arguments about cleaning. We all are full time working young adults and over the years found it increasingly hard to fully complete the cleaning in our home. I myself, am a therapist and have little time to take care of myself on my 2 days off. Having the help to keep my home clean also helps me to keep my mind refreshed and able to go back into the community each week and support our community members with their mental health. With the help of this team, they not only leave our house looking beautiful, but they leave us feeling relieved of stress, and filled with happiness and contentment. Thank you so much to this team of amazing people, specifically Alyssa, as she has been a great communicator and supporter every time she steps in our home, and leaves it even more beautiful. I have a small house so for the last 22 years I've taken 2-3 hours a week to clean it and I'm picky about the cleanliness. I found out I have cancer and need two surgeries, can't clean. I was frighted about strangers cleaning my house. Molly Maids came last week. They cleaned the house as good or better. My husband even was amazed and said they were worth the money. On their way out the cleaners wished me well.

Molly maid cleaned my house for an initial cleaning and I am in awe of the detail they put in. The house is sparkling and they went above and beyond cleaning inside of cabinets and even the fridge. I’m really impressed and definitely will be sticking with this service.

I had a team of two Molly Maids who are very helpful, friendly, kind, hardworking and very thorough. This was a move out clean of a 3-bed house; entire house was vacuumed & moped, baseboard & wall wiped, kitchen, bath, hallway shelves, drawers, shower and bowl cleaned. Oven and fridge sparkles. I had a terrible experience with Molly Maid for a move-out cleaning. They originally told me it would take 4.5 hours, but the cleaning was not done properly. When I asked why, they said they were already booked for another house and rushed through the job. Communication was also very difficult, as they didn’t speak English well. Although we initially agreed on 4.5 hours, I ended up being charged for 6 hours for the agreed 4.5 hours, with a total cost of $850.

Molly maid come out and clean my apartment only to be disappointed to say the least. They did not properly clean everything and left a big stain in my kitchen floor from their Walmart brand easy off degreaser that they claim that they do not use. Then they tried to blame me saying that the oven was pre-soaked, which is absolutely false. Why would I try to clean something when I’m hiring people to come out and clean. Paying over $400 for a one bedroom apartment to be not fully cleaned and floors ruined it really disappointing. Although the women were very nice, I’m very disappointed that they would turn around and try to blame something on me that I did not do. There are plenty of other smaller companies out. I do not recommend this company at all.

I was not satisfied with the service I received at all. I scheduled a Move In clean for a house which was completely empty. Perfect opportunity to get everything cleaned. I explained to the person whom I spoke to over the phone the night before exactly what I needed done (baseboards, wipe down walls, inside all the cupboards and closets, window ledges, ceiling fans) I was assured all these would be done. $455 later, there were cobwebs still on the walls in the diningroom, hair in the bathroom drawers, dead bugs and dirt still on the window ledges, light switches and door knobs dirty and kitchen stove still had food from the last occupants. I took pictures and called the company to tell them I was not happy with this and they rescheduled someone to come back out. I again gave directions to the person who showed up and pointed out all the things that weren't done. Less than 2 hours later the worker left. Cobwebs still in the diningroom, hair still in the bathroom drawers. I had to clean everything myself, the cloth that I used was very dirty after wiping down the cupboards meaning they were never touched. A big waste of money. I saw negative reviews for this company and should have believed them.

Bona was used on my hardwood floors, which left them sticky and with footprints. I would prefer only a damp mop from now on. Since this was my first time using the service

Very poor cleaning service and office here in the Folsom area. They don’t respect your place or your things, didn’t show up on time, and cleaning job was shabby. Outdoor worn shoes walked through mud puddles (due to rain) were worn inside on brand new carpets. No shoe covers were worn. I brought it up to their office here and the office manager argued with me that it was my fault that I didn’t request it. Felt it didn’t need to be requested as they are a cleaning company and this should be common sense. I even suggested for their cleaners bring another set of shoes for indoor use only. She called it “absurd”. It ended with us agreeing that I ask the cleaners to leave mid-way which I did very politely. Horrible experience and they still charged me for this.

Had our first cleaning and it was FIRST CLASS SERVICE! We used Molly Maids years ago when we lived in Southern California and I was so happy to find them again in Folsom. After seven years of having my home damaged by other companies, I was so surprised to open my door and actually SMELL THE CLEAN in my home. What a joy! Anyone looking for a housecleaning service give them a call, you will not be sorry, you will be very 😊

Timely, accommodating, very friendly, and helpful, we needed them at an urgent time of need with not a lot of notice because we were moving out of a home we were selling. If you sold a house before, it’s common courtesy to give your buyers a clean home. Call this Molly Maids; they will do an amazing job!

Used them a few times after moving out of our previous Molly Maids radius. Overall subpar cleaning done, when the maids emptied the vacuum on the driveway and left bags of trash on our porch we reached out, were told we would get a better crew. The latest round of cleaning was a little better, but again the maids dumped the water from cleaning the floor all over the driveway, and destroyed three baseboards with gouges. The other Molly Maids in the area are great, but stay away from this one.
