I have been using their services for over a year. We have not had any issues and always enjoy coming home to a clean house. The workers are always very nice and accommodating.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning company. I was billed $655 for 5 hours — and still had to constantly check on the cleaners because the work was not done properly.

The cleaners arrived without the proper supplies and even told me they only mop with water. They didn’t wear shoe covers and walked around my home with outside shoes. I had to repeatedly point out areas they completely missed, including under furniture and even basic things like the kitchen sink. Their vacuum barely picked anything up, and after they left, I still had dirt and lint on my floors and furniture. I was told “we don’t clean sticky spots, it’s not in our paper,” which is honestly shocking for a cleaning service.

For the amount charged, I expected a thorough job and professionalism. Instead, I had to supervise, correct repeatedly, and still re-clean after they left. When I raised concerns, the response was simply to offer to come back — but at this price point, the job should have been done right the first time.

I do not recommend this cleaning service. Poor quality, lack of proper tools, and overpriced for the level of work performed.

Amazing Work by Bernice Rosa and her Team#9. They were fast and super meticulous and detailed, and i’ve never seen my home this clean ever. well worth it.

I had a terrible experience using Molly Maid for a move-out cleaning. After the cleaners left, I found many areas that had not been properly cleaned. At first glance from far away things looked OK, but on closer inspection there was a serious lack of attention to detail to baseboards, tile, outlets, etc.

I contacted Molly Maid the same night (on a Thursday) to express my dissatisfaction. I heard back from them the next day and provided photos. I’ve attached just a few of these pictures for reference. They did offer to have the cleaners come back, but I was moving out of state that weekend and couldn’t accommodate their schedule.

I had to reach out again the following Tuesday asking for help with a resolution because I hadn’t heard back since their initial response asking for photos. I was then offered a refund of $50 - I was charged $414 for the service (not including tip).

I expressed that I didn’t feel this was satisfactory, and they THEN told me they could have had the cleaners come back by working with the property management company. By this time, it was a week past the original service date and the PM had already began prepping the property to rent so it was too late for that.

Ultimately, they issued me a refund of $62. The property management company also had a cleaning company come, so between what I paid Molly Maid and the charge from the PM, I’m out more than $700.

I have never hired a professional company for move out cleaning in the past. I’ve always done it myself and received my full deposit back. After this experience, I never will again, and I cannot recommend Molly Maid unless you’re looking for a company to half ass the job and put no effort into resolving.

What an absolutely amazing experience. Margarita went above and beyond to help get my home spic and span. She was a sweetheart and wouldn't quit until the job was finished to her High standards. I recently used Anything Outside LLC to create my dream garden. With multiple pictures, my vision and ideas that I relayed to Shane, he and his team created an amazing garden for me in my new home. From a beautifully raised boulder planter area, rock and paver waterfall, and gorgeous trees and shrubs, everything exceeded my vision and expectations in making my garden a reality.
Shane is creative and meticulous in design and placement of everything from the rock placement to the trees and shrubs. From start to finish they were on time, communicating with me during the whole project and clean up was emaculate. I would not hesitate to hire them again ! Thank You Shane and team.

Their experience and knowledge in the industry is apparent. My front yard looks fantastic, and when a couple of small issues came up, they quickly came back to fix them without hesitation. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind their work. Highly, highly recommend! You won't find better!

Shane and his team recently finished phase one of our yard which included concrete, irrigation, and sod. They were prompt, clean, and extremely friendly. I am a very particular person and when I communicated with Shane, he never once made me feel like I was a pain in the butt that I know that I am. We got exactly what we envisioned and at the quality we expected. We look forward to having Shane and his team do phase 2 of our front and back yard when we have the funds saved up!

Shane was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We bought a new house with an empty dirt back yard and wasn't sure what to do with it. We had drawn a sketch of our ideal back yard and showed it to Shane. He kept all the main elements of what we wanted, but made it more practical to fit our budget and lower future maintenance costs. For example, he recommended that we did not plant along the wall of the house, as water accumulation may cause damage. We really wanted to be part of creating the back yard, so he suggested that he could do all the difficult portions of the work (installing a drainage system, irrigation, pavers that were sloped properly to allow proper drainage away from the house, and lawn), and we will just need to plant the plants we wanted to finish the yard. He also installed a drip irrigation line that we could connect to in the future for our garden, and taught us how to control the automatic watering system. His team finished the job in less than a week and cleaned up really well. Overall, Shane is extremely nice and easy to work with. I would recommend his services!

Shane has recently exceeded our expectations for a beautiful, usable backyard! He and his crew were super professional, clean, timely and flexible with small tweaks that we discovered that we wanted. We will, without a doubt, contact Anything Outside when we need work done in the future. Excellent customer service is super hard to come by these days, Shane has made believers out of us again!! Quality work on a residential property. Communication could be better, but spring time is crazy for landscaping.

This company was great at making my front yard looking great and having many of my neighbors giving me complements on such a beautiful yard we have. Tyler the owner of company and his staff were very professional.

I'm posting this for my parents that do not have a Google Account, so they couldn't leave a review. They asked me to leave this for them:

"We hired McGuire Earth Work last summer. We had a ton of landscaping done by this company. We've been very disappointed with their follow up. They told us if we ever had a problem with the sprinklers they installed, that they guaranteed their work as I explained I was against the sprinklers they installed. I wanted some that really soaked the the lawn and shrubs, but he promised these would do the job. Our yard was beautiful and green, really looked like a park. Now that summer is here, everything is dying because the sprinklers barely shoot out the water. We've called them for months to come out and look at them before they finally called me back, but by then everything was dead. My husband told them the problem and they scheduled a date and time to come take a look. They never bothered to show up or even call and explain why they didn't! We tried calling again and they never bothered to get back with us. HORRIBLE customer service! Now we have to spend a ton more money to pay someone else to come fix the problem this company caused. I cannot stand companies that don't do what they promise and give you the "screw you" attitude once the job is done and they have their money. I will never refer them and hope this review can stop them from treating other clients this way. Maybe because we are elderly he thought he could get away with it? I don't know, but this all makes us very sad and upset."

REASONABLE PRICE, QUALITY MATERIALS, REPRESENTATIVE WAS GOOD COMMUNICATOR, INSTALLATION DONE IN TIMELY MANNER

Fairly large backyard remodel. Had a LOT of grass and now have a very nice fire-pit area with beautiful flagstone walkway, multiple small, decorative and functional retaining walls, concrete pour for our pickle-ball court, new plants, fountain, and overall a much more functional and park-like yard. A few changes that I would have torn my hair out over, but Tyler always took them in stride and made the customer happy. Great crew and always cleaned up daily. This was nearly a 3 week job and am very happy to recommend Earth Works.
