Dan did an awesome job cleaning the moss off the roof and cleaning out the gutters for my client’s house in Folsom!

Dan is amazing! Came out and cleaned all of our windows. Friendly, I called several other cleaners and nobody answers their phone. Glad I had Dan out and will use him again.

Dan and team were timely, professional, and very helpful. They suggested a fix for some of the heavy overflow water we were getting off our roof in one of the valleys and offered to fix it. They also did a great job cleaning the gutters and took time making sure water flowed through each drain well. They had quoted us a price over the phone and kept to the estimate. Will certainly use them again next year!

Dan was honest, respectful, and careful when working at my house. He responded to my inquiry, came out and gave me a free quote, and scheduled the roof cleaning at a time that worked for my schedule all within a few days. He and his team removed the moss from my roof, treated it with a moss prevention solution, and cleaned my gutters for a reasonable price. My roof looks great now!

Dan answered my call, showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job cleaning the windows, tracks and screens. AND all at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him!

Dan Downey's service was great, they were , they're reasonably priced, Tom Macias went above and beyond and was excellent in responding and following after the job to fix some remaining issues and concerns . Overall, highly recommend Dan Downey's service , gave a great offer and provided good customer service.

1/2023 update: I can no longer recommend this company for gutter cleaning. I had them come out at the end of October for a pre-rainy season cleaning. They were in and out in under an hour. When the next storm came, a number of gutters overflowed. I called and they came out again and said they cleared them. The next storm came, and again one gutter overflowed. Called again and got no response back. I ended up climbing up and taking a look, and the gutters had clearly never even been cleaned the first time! I'm surprised I didn't have more overflowing gutters. No wonder they were so quick the first time! See the attached pictures for the "clean" gutters. Because they didn't actually clean and their customer service is poor, I recommend you look elsewhere if you need your gutters cleaned.

Original review: Called Dan and he was able to come out the day after to clean my gutters. He and a helper were able to clean the gutters quickly and very well. What used to be problematic gutters that always overflowed during storms are now clean and flowing as should be.

Price charged was also lower than his original quote due to gutters not being full of leaves due to gutter guards, but they did have sludge/buildup that need to be removed.

Would recommend and definitely use again.

New 2026 review:
Dan and his team came through for us again! We were out of town for the weekend but realized that it was time to get our roof and gutters cleaned again, so we reached out (on Super Bowl Sunday evening no less!) figuring we'd hear back sometime the following day. Dan got back to us *that same night* and let us know that they had an appointment available *the next day*! They completed the job before we got back, so Dan followed up after they were finished and provided plenty of pictures of the work they had done. As usual, they did a terrific job! Dan and his crew did a fantastic job cleaning our roof and gutters. He was extremely responsive when we reached out for a quote - he came by himself, tool a look at our roof/gutters, walked us through our options and his recommendations (which actually saved us money). His prices were very reasonable, the service was scheduled promptly and done quickly, and he and the crew were professional and friendly. We’ll definitely be using his services again!

Dan Downey Window Cleaning provided excellent service when cleaning the roof of my office building. They were incredibly responsive and came out the very next day to assist, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was their attention to detail—not only did they do a thorough job, but they also took all the debris with them, saving us the hassle of disposal. Dan Downey answered my email quickly, came by for a very reasonable price quote within a couple of days and was able to fit us in the next day! Excellent job. My windows and screens are so clean that I don't want to have my blinds down. The house has so much light that it feels bigger. Dan made sure I was happy with the cleaning of each window/screen before he left the job site.

Dan Downey Window Cleaning came out the next day & took care of a rust stain that HOA had sent me a notice to take care of. He has excellent customer service which is rare these days and was promptly on time. The pictures speak for themselves.

Dan was very professional, on time and cleaned up after done! He gave some great advice on an easy fix for a pooling issue with our 2nd floor gutter. Definitely plan on having him comeback in the spring to clean our windows!
