I’m a realtor that has specialized in Placer for over 20 years. I had a recent Granite Bay listing that needed windows washed prior to the professional photo shoot. I hired Dan based on his online reviews alone, and I am happy to report that he lived up to his stellar reputation! He was punctual, professional, reasonably priced with excellent results -,and also gave my client helpful hints on cleaning other glass items in the house (ex., lighting fixtures, mirrors) that he greatly appreciated. I gladly give this company 5 stars!

Fantastic service from Dan Downey Window Cleaning from start to finish! They did an excellent job cleaning the moss off our roof and even provided clear before and after photos, which we really appreciated. Great communication throughout the process, a quick turnaround, and a very reasonable price. As a local business, they truly delivered top-notch service. Highly recommend!

I found Dan through a Facebook post about cleaning up residue on stucco caused by pipe drippings that had discolored part of our wall. Dan was easy to communicate with and even did a quick drive-by to provide an estimate. Within a couple of days, he came out and completely cleaned the stucco. The before and after is amazing! The whole job took about an hour, and he was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Michelle and her team have gone above and beyond for us twice ; once in 2023 with a rather difficult move out cleaning, and now in January 2026 with a deep clean for my mom after a massive surgery. Michelle and her team are always very flexible with scheduling (which is helpful since we had a lot of things to juggle before getting it done), their customer service was superb and they did an immaculate job. Perhaps most importantly, Michelle and her team are tremendously kind and understanding, especially in the context of senior citizens who may now require more help. We will continue to work with them in the future whenever needed.

Beware! Was duped by the reviews of this place.Michelle brought one maid to do a deep clean of 2.5 bathrooms and dusting a few blinds for move out. What I actually got was someone who spent over 3 hours “cleaning” my bathrooms upstairs and when she left, our toilet was BLOCKED so badly that we had to get a Plummer out to fix it!(they refused to take any accountability for the blocked toilet) Then when I inspected the bathrooms,expecting a decent job after 3 hours work, it was STILL DIRTY black bits of dirt that was never in our bathroom before was scattered on the edge of the bathtub , the shower door still had soap scum streaks all over it as well as the shower floors, the soap was left in the same spot not even moved to wipe down,the toilets weren’t even cleaned properly,they claim they use “blue juice” to clean, better check what products they use before you let them clean your home Incase you end up in our situation.they had also told us we were getting their top cleaner ,well if that’s their standards I’ll clean myself thanks!

Communication is outstanding regarding what cleaning is covered and when and how your house will be cleaned. The house cleaner arrives when promised and starts immediately, covering all areas. They do a very good job, we're happy with the service. They are, however, a bit pricey for the amount of time it takes them to clean.
