Called Boyd on recommendation of our neighbor. Jeremy arrived on time, and studied the whole house water filtration system we wanted installed. He wrote up an acceptable estimate and was able to start that afternoon. The expected duration was about 8 hours. After a shopping trip for parts, he and his assistant returned and started assembling a very complex structure in the corner of the garage, w/ the main filtration tank and two external filters, connected by 1" copper, including 3 valves and multiple joints. Jeremy did extensive carpentry work for the bracing as well, using some 2x6 we had on hand. The first afternoon saw the structure assembled and tied in with bracing. Jeremy returned on time the next morning at 8 and sweated the fittings, cut into our main, and made all the connections and tested the system. We had water back on in a couple hours and the job done, with some $$ shaved off the estimate because it was done quickly. Very good experience. Thanks Jeremy and Boyd Plumbing.

I found Boyd Plumbing on Yelp and called when my hot water heater died. They came out that night and had a new water heater installed within the week. The plumbers they sent were very nice and professional.

I also needed a new toilet, as my bowl had cracked. The toilet they brought out was too big for my bathroom, so they said they would order one and get back to me.

They never called back. I have called them repeatedly and gotten different excuses about the toilet since. They said they didn't have one in stock and would have to order one. Then 2 weeks later they said they would email me a list of toilets that would fit my space so I could choose one to order; I never received an email. This began in late April. I'm writing this on May 29 and still don't have a new toilet or even an appointment.

I gave them extra chances because I was happy with the work they did for me previously, but I am going with another plumber who has better communication skills.

If Boyd Plumbing responds quickly, they seem to do a good job. If they put you off at all, call someone else. I guess they don't want the business.

I called Boyd Plumbing due to a severe leak coming from one of my bathroom toilets. The customer service rep that was sent out immediately was Ed and Michael. They arrived in a timely manner and were courteous and professional. They examined the toilet only to find that the leak was coming from a broken seal under the toilet. They replaced the seal, and reattached the toilet. I was impressed with their prompt services, reasonable prices and the fact they were professional. In the event I have another plumbing emergency I'll contact Boyd Plumbing again. Thank you Boyd
