Home warranty will be sending out a different company... We fixed what he said was wrong with the toilet and wasn't covered and guess what the same leak at a crack at base of toilet is still there...

I called around 9pm at the failure of my water heater. I got an immediate answer and they arrived on time at 8:30 the next morning. The serviceman Raymond was very polite and efficient with his time. He replaced a burner in just under 40min from arrival to departure. Happy with their service.
