They came up to Three Rivers & installed a tolit I bought from Lowes. Very poor customer service. After a week or so I noticed the thing was loose called to have them come check it out, they canceled the first appointment then called before coming on the 2nd appointment & said the flange was bad & wanted to charge another 285 $ of course when they installed it a week ago the installer said the flange was fine. These guys are dishonest don't use them

My home warranty dispatched nation plumbing to me after my water heater went out. They came and said it was an additional $400 plus for “modifications” on top of installation cost and the water heater. They said I needed, straps, the 2 feet of pvc and a valve. That was 400+ for those 3 things ok. After install they didn’t even install the straps or no valve. This company will overcharge you and lie to you. Never again horrible company.

Giving National Plumbing a 1 Star because My clean out is on my roof 300.00 dollars. So don't use this company

We called home warranty for our water heater after having issues with it. We’ve lived in the home for over 2 months and just recently we have had issues with the water heater. Home warranty sent this company out and they looked at the water heater for less than 4 minutes (have it all on camera), tore some pieces off, then called our home warranty and said it was “pre-existing” so that our home warranty wouldn’t cover it. Then told us if we just go directly through them and not home warranty, they’d give us a deal to fix it. Absolutely appalled. They basically told home warranty not to cover it, then turned around and tried to get us to use them on the side without going through home warranty. Not to mention they looked at it for only MINUTES and they took parts off, didn’t put them all back and after we said we’d not be using them on the side, they just left. Called home warranty already to let them know about this. Home warranty will be sending us a different company. Very shady way of business.

Henry, has done previous plumbing repairs for me in the last couple of years. This is my first call for 2023. He gave me a window 2-4 pm he arrived at 1pm fixed my garbage disposal, then resealed the two toilets he was done by 2pm. Henry is polite, friendly and explains what he did and completed to my satisfaction! I recommend his service.

Got assigned National Plumbing through AHS to fix an issue with a bathtub faucet. The diverter that made water go to the roman shower head was not working properly and half of the water was still coming out of the faucet. On top of that the faucet had a constant dripping leak.

They fixed both issues. It did take two trips from them and almost 2 months total, but they were friendly in every communication, professional on site, and did the work well and quickly. The delay was not on their end, but on the end of the manufacturer that sent the part. The first time they came out they fixed the roman shower head issue, and attempted to fix the leak, but the leak came back. They did a follow up for the leak, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the replacement part for my exact faucet once I told them the model number. The manufacturer sent the replacement part to the wrong address the first time. The second time it arrived directly to my house, and then they came out and within 15 minutes had installed the new part and also showed me the part that was being removed and where it was broken.

Highly recommend them based on the service I received.

I am glad that I did not submit a ticket to AHS until a company that had good reviews showed up. All the other contractors that were going to be assigned before I approved it had massive amounts of 1 star reviews.

National plumbing did such a great job repairing our plumbing. Very thorough and very professional; explained exactly why we were always having back up issues. Very happy with the results and their service. Thank you so much!!

Jaime replaced the wax seal and all the parts inside the tank of one of my toilets. He was very respectful of me and my home, and worked clean. He left everything as he found it and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Not sure what to make of this one. Home Warranty called National Plumbing. Leaky pipe near shut off valve. National plumbing came out, took a picture and sent to AHS. AHS talked to me and said denied due to improper installation and not being attached to the foundation of the house. Kinda strange that the whole housing community of 5 years old would have improperly installed main shut off valves but mine is the only one leaking. Also strange that shut off valve isn’t considered attached to the foundation of house. National plumbing quoted me close to 400 dollars after American home shield charged me 125 for deductible. Guess I have to fix this myself. Didn’t know a pipe with some adhesive would cost so much.

Had a late evening emergency with a washer leak and Henry came out short notice and fixed it within 30 minutes. Affordable prices for after hours as well. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic service! Easy to get a hold of. Came all the way out to Coalinga in 110° weather and fixed our water heater quickly. They also repaired a pipe that was incorrectly installed. I will definitely hire these guys again. Thank you!

American Home Shield home warranty sent these bozos out. Don't let them use National Plumbing and if that is their only vendor, cancel your home warranty. Requested faucet change and they ruined my garbage disposal.

Then they claimed it was a separate issue. They replaced my faucet and immediately I had a leak under my sink. They refused to come back out and fix unless I made an additional home warranty call with an additional fee.

I had my friend, an experienced handyman, examine their work and he agreed they did not know what they were doing. An argument was necessary with them and AHS - a total headache - otherwise, they were perfectly okay with leaving my sink with a leak. Eventually they fixed with no additional service-call fees. Frustrating experience.

Had my unit on woodland, Visalia CA , re-piped. Very responsive, next day fixed the issue! Pricing is reasonable! I recommend this company👍

Called on Labor Day for service to my outdoor bib and main water line. National Plumbing showed up the same day within a few hours. The work done was outstanding and exceeded my expectations!

I live in Coalinga, so getting services out here is difficult even with a Home Warranty. I sent a request at 930 am for my garbage disposal not working, and National Plumbing called me at 945 to let me know they were IN MY AREA TODAY, and could come RIGHT OUT! Alfredo arrived at 1030 to assess, and Reynaldo came in to assist replacing my garbage disposal completely! They explained the issue to me and left by 1115 am! Talk about fantastic, professional, and exemplary service! I can't say enough positive things about the response and service I received!

Had an issue with a kitchen sink not draining properly, and American Home Shield assigned National Plumbing as our service pro. I was surprised to hear from them on Labor Day and that they were available to come out to complete the repair that afternoon! They arrived promptly, cleared the issue, and explained that there were additional measures they recommended to prevent this from recurring. I agreed that the additional measures should be taken (those would be out of pocket), and they returned the following day to finish things up. Reynaldo and Alfredo were professional and polite, and they showed me exactly the issues that were happening inside my pipes and then showed me the clean pipes after they were done. I highly recommend National Plumbing.

Reynaldo completed a service at my house and did an EXCELLENT job. He arrived timely, was attentive and listened to the issues I was having, and resolved them quickly. He ensured I was satisfied and didn't have any additional questions before departing. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Zero stars. AHS should be ashamed for using this company. They know nothing about tankless water heaters and are very dishonest.

Less than 1 month after “repairing” my tankless water heater we started to experience the same problem. They were supposed to come out again, however, came outside of the scheduled appointment time and did not inform or call me and decided to leave. I waited over 4 hours for them because they were deceptive and came at 3:03pm even though we scheduled 3:30-5pm and the AHS text confirmation stated 5:30 -8 pm. Then when they returned, they sent someone who knew nothing about the tankless water heater and said “The Boss” would look at it another day that we agreed on. I even sent them a text the night before my appointment. But since I didn’t have faith in them I called on my appointment day so I would not sit around and waste 2 hours, only for “The Boss” to tell me his worker reported there was nothing wrong with the water heater. I thought this was a joke but he was serious. His worker only touched the water heater saying he does not know anything about them and did not even try to replicate the problem we had been experiencing. Why would I put in such effort if my water heater was working?!?!?!
