Worked with Javier at Crockett Drilling he was an exceptional driller then I can only imagine how his drilling skills are now. I'm sure if you need his services you will not be disappointed. From start to finish JW was great. The customer service was friendly, efficient and and absolutely helped alleviate my worries with this project. The technicians were on time and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was completed and exceeded my expectations. It’s nice to know that honest friendly companies still exist and I can rely on JW Home Care for any of my home care needs.

The team at JW Home care was great. They came out right away and assessed my issue. Came back and took care of the problem within 2 days. They made sure I knew what was going on throughout the whole process. Appreciate their hardwork and honesty. Highly recommend them!

When Jonathan from JW came over to do an inspection, he was here over an hour and then provided me with the most honest analysis. I was ready to pull all my money to do whatever is needed to remove mould etc, but he said this was environmental.... and gave me awesome tips I will follow to the dot. When I offered him money he did not accept... He loves helping people, it's passionate and very very knowledgeable, very smart.... A contractor like him is a rare find!!! I recommend him highly!

This is the third or fourth time I've used JW Home Care for carpet cleaning. They are really reliable, thorough and fast, and also reasonably priced. They've been great with some challenging carpet issues, and they did a great job on some upholstery too. I highly recommend them!

JW Home Care was quick to respond and arrived at our home within the hour of being called. They worked expeditiously to mitigate the water damage and were meticulous in documenting the damage for insurance purposes. They were also great in communicating not only with us but with our insurance company. Would definitely recommend JW Home Care for any mitigation needs.

I initially was looking on Yelp for cleaning services, noticed all the happy reviews for JW Home Care and was pleased by the satisfaction of their previous clients. I called, scheduled the estimate; they were very prompt, professional, and helpful.

I recently moved into a home with older carpet (circa 80's style) and needed to get it cleaned. The estimate was very reasonable, and the speed and quality to which they cleaned was fantastic.

The yelpers were right! Definitely want to keep them for future wear of the carpets. Thank you and great job guys :)

Jonathan Carter and the guys at JW Home Care did an excellent job assisting my family and I after we discovered a leak that led to mold damaged in our home. They did an excellent job of cleaning, disinfecting, and restoring the problemed area. Highly recommend giving the guys at JW Home Care a call for all your emergency needs. We recently had a water heater leak which flooded the bottom of our house on Labor Day. We discovered it at 8 am and JW Home Care were onsite by 1 pm. The immediately started the process of vacuuming the bulk of the water out and setting up multiple de-humidifiers and industrial fans to start the drying process. They had a pack out company they worked with come immediately to remove the contents and furniture over the next 3 days. Then JW Home Care quickly moved to the next phase of flood cutting the drywall and removing the carpet and flooring. They monitored the 2 week drying out process almost daily. They communicated with us throughout the process. Thanks!

It was a pleasure dealing with JW Home Care. It was a busy time around holidays and we where about to go out of town for vacation. I spent couple minutes to get a quote and schedule service. The crew was on time and did excellent job. In addition to carpet they cleaned our old (an favorite) sofa way beyond our expectations. We came back in couple days, everything was in order and as we expected. This was the second time we used JW. Will use again. Highly recommended!

Jonathan and his team were extremely professional and courteous. A wind storm in Santa Clarita damaged my roof and ripped away shingles and left felt visible with a threat of leakage from the coming rain. JW showed up the next day to tarp my roof to protect my home from further weather damage. They were prompt, friendly, and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

After having a pipe break under our house and waste water pouring out we knew we had to immediately take care of the problem, but we did not know who to call. After reaching out to several companies we settled on a local plumber, but they misdiagnosed the problem and ended up charging us $1500 for a job that did not need to be completed. Scrambling to have the pipe fixed appropriately we called JW Home and automatically realized that they were clearly different than the rest. They took the time to listen to our needs and made us feel like we were their priority. They came out to our home the same day and quickly identified the right problem and developed a plan. They worked hard and fast and completely took care of the problem, but what impressed us most was there professionalism and kindness that they shared throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend JW Home. They were incredible.

Had an unexpected leak in my home we just moved into 6 months ago. A pipe had a slow leak from the water heater and into a wall between my garage and master bedroom walk in closet. Called JW Home Care and they sent two guys out that night. These guys were quick, honest and did a great job with the dry out. I’d definitely recommend JW to anyone. Exceptional work! Great experience with JW and working with Jonathan. Got an inspection for water damage in kitchen and surrounding cabinets. Jonathan was very responsive and even worked late on a weekend to help inform of all the work that was needed. Very detailed with his report/findings and what it would take to take care of all the issues. Would definitely recommend using this company.
