Had a slab leak in my kitchen/living room area which I immediately shutoff water supply and needed to assess the situation for any damage and a proper game plan. I did some research and came across a restoration company called JW Home Care whom I spoke with Jon and we arranged an appt the very next day. Jon showed up on time, professional and went to work figuring out the scope of my potential issues; with his knowledge and data collected, we were able to assess what should be done immediately and things that could be held off for that moment.

Just so happens, he advised that my scenario could somewhat easily be handled on my own unless I wanted to use their service and since I do consider myself somewhat handy I decide to do myself. Jon is a straight shooter and one who does not try to use scare tactics to persuade you to make unnecessary rushed discussions which I very much respect, appreciate, and I fully trust his opinion as well as recommend to anyone who happens to have potential damage to their home.

JW Home Care is the most professional carpet cleaning service I've ever used. Jonathon is friendly and you can tell he really cares about providing the best service possible. I called a couple of times with various questions before my appointment and he was always polite and helpful. Also, the carpets looked brand new when he was done. I will definitely be calling JW Home Care the next time I have cleaning needs.

We’ve been using JW Home Care since we first moved into our house in 2013, and they always do a good job.
We used them recently to do some carpet cleaning and sofa upholstery cleaning, and once again I now know why I would only use JW Home Care services, their workmanship and customer service is by far the best.

Jonathan came out same day to quote a job at my home. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my pertinent questions and helped me out with a lot of knowledge resources that will help me with the repair.

JW Home Care is the best carpet cleaning company in Ventura County! Matthew came out to my house on time and gave me a really great price for cleaning my carpets and did a really great job! So about a month later I called them back to clean and seal my tile and grout, which they did an amazing job. Jonathan left me a card that JW Home Care does water damage restoration, which my friend had about two weeks later, needless to say I put her in the hands of the best, and they did a great job!! They even came out at 11pm to control the water damage!!! What a great company!! Thanks guys!!!

From beginning stages to the closing of the house, he was there to make sure I had everything I needed and assisted on things that he didn't even need to help with. Mapped out the house with detailed images of each room with possible improvements, provided a very fair and upfront estimate of restoration costs, and even provided storage for items that needed attention. This is the 2nd time I have used JW Home Care to clean carpets.
I was trying to coordinate this with a trip to my mom's in Ventura and I had to reschedule several times and they were very understanding. I appreciated that. I also like that they send text reminders of the appointment and keep you informed as to their arrival time.
The carpets were older and I was hoping to revive them one more time to help sell the house. We had the living room and 4 bedrooms cleaned and there was a great improvement. They looked really nice and dried pretty quickly. Thank you for this service.

JW Home Care was amazing and there when I needed help on a holiday! One of my upstairs toilets sprung a leak on Christmas, causing water to drip out of the first floor ceiling. Johnathan and his workers came out promptly and fixed the damage. Johnathan
even came back to my house on New Years eve and New Years day to finish the work so we could get our house back to normal ASAP. They were professional, thorough, and did a great job. If 6 stars were an option that's what I'd give them!

I have used JW Home Care for carpet cleaning in the past. They have always been prompt to schedule me and always arrive in the window I’m given. When the work is done I am always happy with the outcome. I recently had some water damage after heavy rain so I didn’t hesitate to call Jonathan for some help with this. Our house had fire and smoke damage from the Mountain Fire and Jonathan and his crew performed major cleaning of the interior surfaces, objects, and air. Jonathan is quite knowledgeable and helped us navigate the insurance process. He spent a lot of time in person and on the phone coordinating and explaining the cleanup process in all aspects of fire damage, not just cleaning, ensuring we had a good understanding and were confident. Afterwards he has remained available for follow-up questions, even related to damages outside the scope of his work. He was instrumental in helping the process move along smoothly while helping to manage our stress levels. We were fortunate to have found a local and conscientious person.

When Johnny from JW Home Care came out, it was an easy choice to go with him and the company for the job. We used JW Home Care for mold remediation as part of a shower leak. They were fast, professional and courteous and they did a great job! They also helped me complete the project by referring me to drywall contractors. Would use them again for sure.
